Set up a company profile ... When creating a company page, I keep getting the message "an unknown error occurred" and there is no indication how to fix it. The articles on the help forum don't actually address the issue and just send you in circles.
LinkedIn has no customer service by phone, and the customer service email they provide bounces back to you and says that their email box is closed. They want everyone to resolve their issues via the help for him and articles that are already written, presumably because they don’t want to spend any money on support, but those articles are vague and completely useless for the problem.
GetHuman755885 did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
I am a new customer, and had every intention of paying for some of their services. After this experience, that is unlikely.
I have tried calling support, and emailing their support email. Both of those redirect you to the help center, which is completely useless as far as this problem is concerned.
