I was searching for some tutorial videos on how to use microsoft excel and found the learning page on linkedin, I saw the free trial period and decided to try it out, the video turned out not so helpful to me as I didn't find exactly what I was searching for and I immediately cancelled the subscription. But to my shock, I got a bill of ***euros in my account which my bank had stopped due to insufficient funds in the account. I find this really absurd because I already cancelled the subscription on a trial period only to get billed few days later. **I would be expecting that a solution is made, so I do not get this same charge again in the future as I do not need the services anymore and I already did the right thing by cancelling the subscription immediately.**Thank you.
