On August 19, [redacted], Shirley Mahlase made a request concerning a case on their profile that needs to be permanently removed to protect their reputation. The case involving the Transnet Bargaining Council and other parties was referred to Parliament in August [redacted], but due to other hearings, it could not be addressed promptly. The matter has been brought to the attention of the current Minister, Pravin Gordham, in connection with state capture issues raised in Parliament. As allegations of corruption have surfaced recently about the rail company, Parliament seeks clarity on Transnet's fiduciary responsibilities amidst concerns of state capture. Shirley Mahlase urges for the removal of this damaging information online to safeguard their reputation. Cooperation in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated.

I came across a very disturbing video on a feed that I had flagged as inappropriate on LinkedIn. I am deeply troubled as I do not know how to contact the authorities to help a child in danger of being abused. Witnessing such cruelty towards an innocent child has upset me greatly. Can you please review my account, identify the video I reported, and ensure that the authorities are alerted promptly to prevent any harm that may have already occurred to the child? The post seemed to originate from a country like Thailand based on its alphabet. It is distinct from Chinese, Japanese, or Korean scripts. This distressing post came up on my timeline and was reported around 20 minutes ago on May 15, [redacted].

I accidentally stumbled upon a LinkedIn profile that I didn't intend to visit while searching online. Due to inadequate privacy settings, the website can now access my profile information. I have since realized this and made adjustments to my profile and settings to safeguard my privacy. However, my previous data can still be traced because the initial thread contained my old ID and email addresses, revealing personal information like my name and address. Even though I have deleted my account, the data remains public through the thread. I am concerned about this breach of privacy and seek guidance on how to completely remove the thread now that my account is closed. I plan to create a new account but am wary due to this incident. I hope to resolve this issue promptly, as the site's owner should not have access to my personal information. Thank you for your assistance. - K. B.

My account has been compromised, including emails, bank accounts, and mobile number. Online access is no longer secure. Please contact me directly at [redacted]. There have been issues with Google developers overseas conference in Indonesia and my Facebook, Twitter accounts are being impersonated, leading to unauthorized charges on Linked In. Apple, Google, At&T, American Express, SFCU, SHU, SHC, and LM need to step up and address these security breaches. Waiting times for customer support are unacceptable, and shortcuts for reservations by skipping hold times are not the solution. Security is essential in this technological age, and customer protection must be a top priority.

To whom it may concern, We, a maritime recruiting company, recently created a business account on LinkedIn. We find the platform useful for providing services and would like to continue using it. We have made a payment of [redacted]€ for our account, active for a short period. On April 16, [redacted], we activated a trial month of the Premium Account. After the trial, we did not find the services up to our standards. We did not intend to renew the annual package but were surprised by a charge of [redacted].40€ for the Recruiter Lite service. We do not agree with the renewal as we started with a trial period and were not informed prior to the charge. We believe reminders for trial periods ending are a common practice. Therefore, we request a refund of [redacted].40€. Looking forward to your response, Best Regards, CareerStream

My account was recently restricted after being hacked. I unwittingly engaged with a company named "GetCustomers" on LinkedIn, believing they could provide legitimate automated messaging services. However, upon realizing they were not delivering as promised, I ended the trial. Soon after, my account was restricted. When I searched for myself on LinkedIn, I found suspicious activity. I have since created a new account, [redacted], to reconnect and have started using the recruiter account. Unfortunately, this newer account was also restricted. I have submitted my passport for verification. Can you please assist me in regaining access to my account? This experience has taught me the importance of safeguarding my profile information. It appears that Israel Kehat, the Founder of GetCustomers.co, is responsible for this breach.

Hello, I have an account, but I forgot the password. I decided to create another account and lost all my contacts from the previous one. I want to go back to the original account. When I try to log in with my email and password, I don't receive the email to reset it despite multiple attempts over the past few weeks. I want to clarify that the account is not hacked. I want to regain access to my original account with the email [redacted] Currently, I am using [redacted] The names are the same, Denise Normandin. My contact number is [redacted], and my work history at H&M, Zara, and Old Navy remains the same. Although the profile pictures are different, they are of me. I hope you can assist in retrieving my original LinkedIn account. Thank you.

Hello, I have been a loyal user of LinkedIn for years. I appreciate and recommend their service. Yesterday, I was unexpectedly charged for a premium e-learning subscription that I did not recall signing up for. I only used it during the trial period and did not receive any notifications to continue or regarding the payment. As an enthusiast of e-learning, I was disappointed and felt overlooked. A good e-learning platform should engage students and maintain communication to retain users. I have requested a refund. I subscribe to various e-learning platforms, but only continue with those that keep me motivated in their courses. If reminders were sent, I would have gladly kept my subscription.

Several months ago, my account was temporarily restricted on LinkedIn. I reached out to them about the issue, and I vaguely remember reading online about filing an appeal to lift the restriction. I have not engaged in any unlawful activities that would warrant LinkedIn freezing my account. Despite not having completed my profile, I now urgently need to use LinkedIn for job hunting. In an attempt to work around the issue, I created a new account with a different email, only to have that one restricted as well, presumably due to the similar name. I am seeking clarity on how to resolve this matter as I have never been informed of the reason behind the initial temporary restriction. Thank you.

Dear LinkedIn Support Team, I am addressing a concern with my LinkedIn account that needs a prompt resolution. Previously, I operated a LinkedIn account under my company name, which is now closed as per your policy restricting accounts tied to company names. The dilemma I face is the transfer of crucial connections from that closed account to my new personal account. Could you kindly provide clarifications on the following points: 1. Is it feasible to migrate all my previous connections to my new account? 2. Can a new account be created utilizing my former account's email address ([redacted]), which is no longer in use? 3. Is it permissible to create a corporate LinkedIn account using my company name (I am prepared to furnish any required verification documents)? I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly. Previous Account Details: Email: [redacted] Please attend to this matter at your earliest convenience.

Hello, I am in need of assistance as it seems like I am not getting anywhere with LinkedIn's support team. I have reached out multiple times but have not received any responses. The issue I am facing is that I closed the email address ([redacted]) linked to my LinkedIn account. Since I can't recall my password and have been using the app which keeps me logged in, I haven't been able to retrieve the password. I have been trying to update my email to my new one ([redacted]) for months now, so I can reset my password and manage my account. Unfortunately, due to this email predicament, I am even unable to add my phone number to my account. I am hopeful that someone can assist me with this matter promptly. Thank you, Yayé

Hello, I am Victoria M. I utilized the Premium Account for free but cancelled it yesterday. Today, LinkedIn billed me despite the cancellation. I am unable to reach the online help desk or adjust my Premium Account settings. Sadly, I cannot provide a screenshot to illustrate the issue. I do not wish to be charged due to LinkedIn's oversight. I have already discontinued using the Premium Account as I have secured a new job and have no need for job hunting. Despite cancelling, I was still charged, and I am unable to modify my settings. Please address this matter promptly and issue a refund. Charging me after cancellation is unjust. Regards, Victoria

About six months ago, my LinkedIn account was hacked. Despite reaching out to LinkedIn for help, they were unable to resolve the issue. I had to create a new account, but now it's asking me to verify my identity by submitting a photo of my driver's license. I did this a month ago and haven't received any response. When I try to log in, it prompts me to enter a verification code sent to my email, but I never received any email despite requesting it four times. I've been applying for jobs this week that require access to my LinkedIn profile. I really need to regain access to my account or have it canceled so I can create yet another account using my email address. Initials: H. or M. at ltisdschools.org or missheatherhughes at yahoo.com

I am experiencing issues with my LinkedIn account being temporarily restricted without any notification or explanation. Despite multiple attempts to verify my identity by submitting my driver's license information as requested, I keep encountering errors during the submission process. I have been unable to find a contact number for LinkedIn or access their contact page to seek assistance. I am unsure of the reason behind the restriction and would like my account to be restored promptly. Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.

As a 65-year-old realtor who values LinkedIn for business, I attempted to utilize it to hire a marketing professional. Confusion arose regarding a supposed $10 fee for accessing contact information. However, after being billed $[redacted].30 and $[redacted].90 on 3/2/[redacted] and 3/9/[redacted] respectively, without receiving any service, I was taken aback. Despite canceling the service, Bank of America was unable to remove the charges as you claimed noncompliance. Feeling misled and uninformed about your operational process, I request a full reimbursement of $[redacted].20 as a fair resolution. Lacking technical expertise, the lack of support compounds my frustration with this encounter. Please address this promptly. Sincerely, RH

Hello, I have a permanent restriction on my LinkedIn account as a result of a violation. I am seeking to appeal this decision, as the violation stemmed from inadvertently having duplicate accounts. When I was younger, I unknowingly created my initial account, "[redacted]," reflected in the child-like nature of the username. This was not intended to manipulate the system. My professional account is linked to [redacted], and I assure you that I will not create duplicate accounts moving forward. I kindly request that you review my case with the understanding that this was a genuine mistake and an exception to any policy breach.

I signed up for a free trial that ended without advance notice. Despite canceling my subscription before the next month began, I was still charged. I am confused about the charges and was unable to reach customer service to clarify. I simply want a refund for the unused service. The free trial spanned from April 25, [redacted] to May 25, [redacted], and I promptly canceled my subscription. I fail to see the reason for the charge from May 25 to June 25, especially since I did not utilize the premium features.

I recently discovered that I have two LinkedIn accounts associated with the email [redacted], both possibly having the same password. One account with over [redacted] connections gets regular use, while the other, where I am listed as Exec Producer at Subtle Communications, only has 8 connections. I have attempted various methods, utilizing all my email addresses, to access the second account and merge it with the one having over [redacted] connections. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in closing the second account. My primary concern is avoiding any confusion for those searching for my profile and encountering the incorrect information on the lesser-used account. I am willing to handle the deletion myself if provided with the email/password associated with the second account, as I currently find myself unable to resolve this issue independently. Thank you for your assistance.

I initially upgraded from the professional executive package to the recruiter LinkedIn account. Initially, I had 90 InMail credits that would refresh monthly. Upon switching to the recruiter package, there was a delay of about 20 minutes, and then my credits appeared, but now I find myself with only 30 credits. My concern was if my credits would transfer, and seeing they did, I was reassured until now. Paying $20 more monthly, I expect to have the full 90 credits as before, especially since I had accumulated over 90 initially. As a long-time customer, this has been my first major issue with LinkedIn. The absence of a customer service number became apparent when I encountered an upload delay a month ago. Now, I urgently need my InMail credits for an important project with a client. Assistance is greatly appreciated!
