In reference to case number ******-******...I had two Linked in accounts evidently and have successfully closed the shell account that had none of my network contacts, reccomendations, job history, etc. In my original note to one of your technicians I advised of the situation and apprised i wanted to keep www.linkedin.com*in*markbhalljax opened and aligned to my current email address at *****@***.com. So we have successfully closed the shell account that was dormant, but the originating aforementioned referenced account is not showing as myself and am unable to log into it because I do not recall what email address was originally set to it when i established it some time ago. Can someone please apprise what I can do....so the referenced account in the URL is aligned w* ME as the owner *administrator?? Thank you....Mark B. Hall *** *** ***** *****@***.com. This is very frustrating on what should be a fairly straightforward process to correct.

Linkedin's technical support team had to reset both password and email in order to edit my original account in order to edit with the appropriate email address and delete the old email address that was still associated with my account when originally opened that was obsolete.
Please help with my LinkedIn issue
