Good afternoon, I've been a Linkedin user for several years now and it's a service that I use and spread. Yesterday I was surprised*when I was charged the premium subscription to the elearning service that I could not even remember. I only used it for a day (in the trial) and received no email or reminder to go back to studying or to remember the payment. As an elearning fan, I get a bit disillusioned and feel a little mistaken - an elearning platform should motivate your students and keep in touch. Only by having a more active and transparent strategy can they keep loyal users for longer. That being the case, I have asked to return the money. I have subscribed and subscribed to several e-learning platforms, and I only keep those that make me engaged in their courses. I would certainly keep my subscription if this had happened, and if you had remembered the next payment to do so.

GetHuman-inesarm did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
