The issue in GetHuman-mavrikos's own words
As a maritime recruiting company, we proceeded to the creation of our business Linkedin account, as we considered that it would be a useful tool which would enhance our providing services.**Actually, we currently use the Linkedin platform and our aim is to continue using it due to the fact that a number of your providing services are helpful for our company.**To enforce the aforementioned statement, kindly note that we use your services which meet our needs and we have already charged with the amount of ***€ even though our business account is active for only a short time period.**On **th of April **** we decided to activate the trial period of your Premium Account which was offered out of charge for one month. To be honest, the specific trial month, the providing services didn’t meet our expected standards and as a result we didn’t intend to pay for this annual services’ package and we would continue to pay for specific service items.**We were surprised that we were charged with the amount of ***.**€ for the renewal of the Recruiter Lite service, considering that it constitutes an excessive amount for services that we don’t actually need at the moment.**Firstly, we disagree with the term of renewal. We had a free trial period and we turned to have an annual package. This does not constitutes a renewal as it causes amendments in pricing status. **Secondly, we daily receive notifications and information emails regarding our account, which made us believe that your customer service is really important for your company’s policy. Basis on the above, it is unacceptable from our side the fact that we were not informed prior the charge of our account. We expected to be reminded that our trial period would come to an end and be informed at least **hrs before you proceed to the charge. A reminder for the end of a trial period constitutes a common policy for all companies which offer similar promotion actions.**Considering all the aforementioned facts, we request your understanding and you are kindly requested to refund the amount of ***,**€.
