I sent request to cancel Premium svc and received back an email saying sorry we're losing you and that it would be cancelled as of April ****. I am outraged. i have contacted AMEX to dispute and they said they will not release any funds on my part for this chg. So i am hopeful they'll be successful. I think it is bogus that there is no one to actually speak to at Linkedin. This is obviously designed to their benefit and should be a warning to anyone on the fence about even trying their Premiym scv for free...which by the way i don't even recall doing!
GetHuman-ejarrett did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
