I'm having the same issue! We just started creating another one because we no longer have access to the old account (the person has been long gone), but now we're trying to either delete the previous account, regain access to the old one, or merge accounts. Getting a hold of customer service has been a pain! All I hear on the "****" number is requesting the address which is the only option. Then the service hangs up. There is no ringing on the other number. Someone please help me fix this issue.
I trust that LinkedIn will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
