go into a candidates profile ... The login screen came up, and without looking I just click on the login and it was a previous employees, details on my computer, and I could not cancel as I already pressed the button, and it kicked me out of my linkedin account. I had to do a verification, which I did yesterday, and that was the last I heard from anyone.
The problem is that this is part of how we search for candidates, and been a premium client, I can't use the service, because my account won't open. It prevent me from completing my job and this is a problem.
To resolve the problem. Case ******-****** urgently and let me use my account, as I did not try to commit fraud it was a honest mistake and I did send my Identification through and it was accepted, so I can't understand what is the problem and why it is taking this long
