Hi. I wrote you few days ago, regards to my last order that got shipped with almost * weeks,delay. I got box, with the cycling shoes, only with pedals, no cleats as it should. Because of the shipping delay that i addressed with you many times, there is an issue to return because time went by somewhere in between you guys warehouse in London or so. Now I'm flying over seas on Tuesday, ( my mom health is critical). I would like to return order. Nothing was open,shoes weren't tried. I'm very upset a bout all that delay and not answering my e mail of few days ago.*Please reach out ASAP, till tomorrow, so i know what to do. Ill be out of country till dec *th.
