I made a purchase of 2 items on July 5th under order #[redacted]8. The package arrived on July 18th. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to view my order in my account every time I check. However, the order notification I received shows that I ordered one tank top in dark grey and one striped tank top in white when I actually wanted the striped tank top in grey. Hello, I submitted the following message to LIGHTINTHEBOX on August 5, [redacted], and as of now, I still have not received any responses. Hello, I made a purchase of a memory stick from your website and immediately paid SEK [redacted]. Later, you informed me that the correct price is SEK [redacted]! I have stated multiple times that I insist on receiving the memory stick at the agreed price of SEK [redacted] (which I believed was correct - otherwise, I would not have paid that amount). If this cannot be honored, then I would like a refund. I cannot pay SEK [redacted] and receive nothing in return. I can find the same memory stick at a lower price than SEK [redacted] elsewhere. I have sent numerous emails regarding this matter, but I have not received any replies. Instead, I have received emails from your company trying to sell me more products! You now have two options: 1. Deliver the memory stick I purchased. 2. Refund my money. If I do not hear back from you by August 12 at the latest regarding your decision and the course of action, I will escalate this issue to the authorities and share my experience on social media, detailing the poor customer service I have received. After multiple emails, I finally obtained the return address to send my Rockbros cycle helmet back to Lightinthebox. I had trouble accessing their website for returns and had to mail it back using Royal Mail Tracked service, which cost £15. The package was expected to reach China in 6 days, but it has been several weeks now with no update despite sending 3 follow-up emails. This experience has highlighted the poor customer service reputation of Lightinthebox. I am waiting for confirmation from them that my return is in progress and a £43 refund will be issued, excluding the shipping cost. Moving forward, I will stick to purchasing from reputable English companies to avoid similar issues. Wishing you better luck with resolving your concerns with Lightinthebox. However, I have the order number from my confirmation email. I contacted customer service twice but haven't received a clear resolution. This delay is affecting my work and income. I had to cancel appointments due to the missing items. I'm disappointed with the service and plan not to shop here again. I left a negative review on Trustpilot, and if this matter isn't resolved promptly with either the delivery of my order or a refund, I will escalate through PayPal and social media. I ordered dress item # [redacted][redacted] on September 1. The screenshot I have of the purchase indicated it would be shipped within 4 to 7 business days. The dress should have arrived by September 10, but as of September 14, it's still in transit. Since lightinthebox.com missed the shipping deadline, I am requesting a full refund. I also expect a shipping label to return the item if it eventually shows up. I have a screenshot of the order details with the shipping information. I have asked LIGHTINTHEBOX to refund the purchase amount and shipping charges to my credit card. Additionally, I requested them to email a new shipping label for returning the dress if it does arrive.

The product I received is vastly different from what was advertised - the material, color, and even the strong plastic smell are disappointing. Returning it will incur an additional cost of EUR 20,-, which is not a feasible option. With my unanswered messages and closed ticket, I am at a loss for how to proceed. The email provided seems to be for bulk orders only, not for customer support. I am hopeful they will direct my concerns to the appropriate department.

Hello, I recently placed an order on LightInTheBox, but only received a partial shipment. Despite trying to contact them multiple times, they claimed the delivery failed and the items were sent back. After expressing my intention to place a new order combining the missing bike gloves with upcoming items, they did not respond. I then brought up the fact that I had purchased insurance, which should guarantee either delivery of the products or reimbursement, but they failed to address this. All my follow-up messages were marked as "closed" or "resolved" without any actual resolution. I demand to either receive my complete order or a refund promptly. I find it unacceptable to be treated this way as a customer, especially after paying for express delivery. The order only showed up on the LightInTheBox app two months later, coincidentally right after I messaged you for help. Please assist me in resolving this matter, as I expect to either get my package or a refund based on the insurance I purchased.
