SR* *-************ I just got this back from an email but still waiting, evidently I did not put enough information down on my first try. I have a Lexmark Platinum Pro ***. I ran out of black ink, I put a new one in and then it came up cartridge not in- may damage printhead?, so I tried a different one and it seemed to worked but now when I print it is blurred like printed same work twice (mirrored). I have tried align, clean and deep clean * or * times, unplugging machine and still can't get it fixed. Can you help me with this PLEASE?
