Purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad L***, September ****. Removed from packaging for setup, September ****. The device exhibited problems, from day one. Contacted Lenovo warranty support, who remoted in and made some changes, updates, looked around. Afterwards, same problems PLUS, now, some additional device difficulties. Contacted Microsoft, to determine if there were Windows issues at play. Microsoft technician remoted in, as well. No changes. Back to Lenovo, SEVERAL additional remotes. After the device stopped working while the tech had control, the tech gave up and ordered a motherboard and on-site service. Motherboard installed. Afterwards, device wouldn't restart on its own. Stopped working during tech remote. Instructed to insert pin in tiny hole on side of device, to do a factory restore, for the *th time. THEN, on-site service to install ANOTHER motherboard and a hard drive, completed November **, ****. On Sunday, December *, ****, tech remoted in, but abandoned project and "escalated" to "customer" relations, or something bogus like that. NOW, I am a small business STILL without a new device and out of a few hundred dollars and STILL need a computer. I don't want ANY MORE tech support BS. I need and want a brand new device pronto, because, obviously, THIS one isn't going to work. There MUST be someone in Lenovo who knows how to make that happen. I HAVE WASTED MORE TIME AND LOST MORE THAN ENOUGH $$$$$$ ON THIS PURSUIT. HELP NOW.
