My computer Lenovo computer died. I love this computer it was great.*It was underwarrantee. I called to figure out what to do. They said they would send me a box the next day to send the computer back to them for repair. The next day the box didn’t come. I called again. The box didn’t come the next day. I called again. This repeated for * day when the box finally arrived. They said it would take * days to repair. It took about * weeks.*When I got it back, it had bitlocker enable and I couldn’t open the computer. I had not ever enabled bitlocker so I didn’t have a key to open it. *Fifteen calls later, I figured out that they had probably enable the bitlocker. They told me to send it back. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I called because based on the previous experience I knew this meant trouble. They said that the email address was some random person’s email, so I didn’t get a confirmation. They said the box was on the way but they couldn’t change the email.*During this process when I called the helpline, it would tell me that all the operators were busy. Please leave a message with your name and contact number. Then it would hang up on me before allowing me to leave a message.*The box did not arrive.*I called the helpline again. It kept hanging up on me.*I did a live chat. The person went through everything with me again. I just want the box.*At this point, my work computer has been non functional for a month. I loved the computer and would have happily bought another, but this has consumed at least ** hours of my time and I have lost a month of work. And it is still not fixed.*This problem was under case number ***HG*L and then just gave me a new one ***LV*C.*I just want my computer fixed or at this point a new computer *The order number was: **********
