The issue in GetHuman-unibtc's own words
Last night, I logged in to my Lazada account and on my Lazada Wallet it says "Wallet Frozen". I've been a long time customer and have bought many things already. I have my valid Bank accounts(* banks) linked to my lazada, and I also have * debit cards linked to my lazada account. The Lazada wallet will let me cash in fine, but it won't let me use the amount cashed-in for buying anything on the site.**I contacted their chat support and right from the start, it seems she did not know what to do with the issue. She then told me that my email linked to my lazada was disabled by their system and did not stated the reason why. So she said I need to reactivate my Lazada wallet and gave me the instruction on how, but all she gave was to Login to account -* go to Lazada Wallet lol. **In the end, she does not know how to solve it and told me that she will coordinate with their team and I should just wait for their email update.
GetHuman-unibtc did not yet indicate what Lazada should do to make this right.
