************From: Mr. Roslan****, Ho Ching Road. ***-** SG**To Whom it may concern *Dear Sir*Ma’am*I would like to register my displeasure towards your seller KIRAKIRA Trading for their unethical attitude towards customer.***) Doesn’t honor the discount offered on their store, that clearly stated, $* off for above $** purchase. *When I inquire with them thru CHAT NOW*they gave me a lot of excuses.*P*S Attachment.*I , still ordered with them and paid thru’ Lazada Apps on ********** and stated that I should received the T-shirt’s between ********** - **********.**) The status of my purchase is always* “ Processing “ and inquire them about the matter. They gave me a horrific answer. P*S Attachment **) They sarcastically asked me to cancel the order. Never that I went through with this kind of treatment after many years of online shopping.**) I tried to cancel the purchase, and it prompt , can’t cancel. **) I inquire with them, and again with unreasonable answer. They ‘ordered’ me to do this and that. ( Like Follow , wait and order again)*I am buying those Tshirts for my kids to wear during a vacation on ***** because it’s the ‘in’ things for kids right now (Fortnite). It spoil their mood a bit. If the seller inform earlier I may buy with other sellers.*Anyway, If it happens that the purchase (from KIRAKIRA) reach me after ********** I will reject it and ask for a refund.*FYI , I will never ever buy or re-order from KIRAKIRA again. There’s lots of sellers who sell the same items in LAZADA.*For now, I wanted a refund for item that can’t be delivered by your sellers.*I really hope that, LAZADA who had an excellent record , of trustworthiness, resourceful and responsible towards its buyers of online shopping care to look into this matter ASAP and deal with your errant sellers.*Nevertheless, LAZADA is still my favorite online shopping.*Raring to go for the **.** flash sales.
