I paid labcorp on **** $** which is double my copay. Your records show a $** payment for service on ****, therefore I presume that I paid for both visits at that time. I have a credit card statement showing the $** payment. I phoned and spoke to a young lady who said (eventually) that I could fax the statement to labcorp and that it would be 'researched'. I attempted to do so but the number I was given came back 'out of service' from the phone company. this number is: **** *** ****. When I called back to verify the number, the telephone tree dropped me off. Then I redialed and was told the office is closed.*I have received more than one invoice requesting payment for the **** service, which I paid for at the time. I have always paid at the time of service when possible.*Invoice number ********. I would like this invoice marked as paid.*thank you.*In the past I have not found it necessary to request and retain receipts from labcorp, but I will begin to do so now.*My phone, should you prefer is ***.***.**** (for some reason you have my cell phone as my phone, please replace it with this number)*thank you.*Lynn
