On Thursday, April 4, I visited the Issaquah Gilman Ave location for a blood draw for ACTH testing. I encountered a middle-aged woman who has been consistently rude in previous interactions. Despite not wearing a name tag, she was the only employee available at 9:30am. During the blood draw, I requested a butterfly needle due to a connective tissue disorder, but she ignored my request and mishandled my arm, causing me pain. After hurriedly completing the draw, she abruptly dismissed me without any care. Four days later, my elbow still hurts. This employee's behavior is concerning, as evident by numerous negative Yelp reviews mentioning her. It is essential for management to address her misconduct or provide closer supervision to prevent further incidents.

I received a bill from LabCorp addressed to J. Reynolds at [redacted] Steeplechase Rd, Savannah, GA [redacted], with invoice number [redacted]9. The statement indicates that our insurance plan denied coverage for a service listed on the invoice. I want to inform you that we are appealing this decision with our insurance company as the service in question was part of a routine annual preventative medicine exam. Please make a note on the account about this ongoing appeal process. We kindly request some time to resolve this issue before LabCorp takes further action. Thank you.

I want to share my experience regarding an employee at the Lewisburg, W.V. location on Davis Stuart Rd. There was an incident with an employee named Christi on May 10, [redacted]. I had difficulty getting her to search for my blood draw order. After multiple attempts to get her attention, she initially claimed there was no order. Upon my return on April 11, I discovered that the order had been there all along, but Christi had not checked the paper orders as I requested her to search through the computer first. Her attitude was unpleasant during the encounter. The situation escalated when I ended up leaving with blood dripping from my arm due to improper care. I felt compelled to share this concerning experience at Labcorp. Thank you, Lola Shrader.

It's been two weeks, and my employer hasn't received the results of my drug test. My employer notified me that they haven't received any records of my drug screen. The lab at [redacted] NW 64th Terrace Suite A in Gainesville, FL [redacted] has not been responding to my calls. I prefer not to take the test again since this delay is not my fault. My specimen ID is [redacted]. Kindly reach out to me at your earliest convenience.

I recently received an invoice for a Vitamin D test done on 3/22/[redacted] with invoice number [redacted]7, totaling $[redacted].00. Despite consistently low Vitamin D levels over the past year, I had to pay for a retest as Medicare declined coverage. I believe the fee should be waived due to the necessity of the test and the error made by Medicare. After increasing my supplement intake, my latest test showed normal levels. As a retired individual, I kindly request the fee be waived considering the circumstances.

I had a appointment scheduled for Monday, July 8, [redacted], at [redacted]. I arrived at [redacted] to find that the electronic check-in system was down. I had to manually sign in on a clipboard at the window, noting my arrival time as required. Unfortunately, the wall clock was over 15 minutes slow compared to the correct time on the digital clock outside the window. At [redacted], I had to approach the window to remind the staff about my [redacted] appointment. It took an additional two minutes before I was called to check-in, despite the office not being busy. While everyone was polite, it seemed that there was a lack of attention to the appointment schedule and the late arrival. It would be beneficial for the office to ensure that all clocks are accurate and that appointments are being adhered to as scheduled.

On February 27, [redacted], I received tumor marker results of 49.9 from my physician, Dr. Khanwani at Northside Hospital, Georgia Cancer Specialists in Fayetteville, Georgia, performed by LabCorp around February 20, [redacted]. Following additional blood work on February 27 and another test on March 6, my tumor marker results were 50.7, indicating a possible recurrence of cancer. Subsequent tests included a CT scan at Northside Imaging on March 13 and a bone scan at Piedmont Fayette on March 19. However, on March 26, I was informed by Dr. Khanwani's office of an issue with LabCorp's analysis of Cancer Antigen 27.29. Further blood work on March 27 showed normal tumor marker levels. I incurred out-of-pocket expenses due to these errors, including $[redacted].80 and $81.97 for the CT scan and $[redacted].48 and $22.33 for the bone scan. I kindly request reimbursement for these costs and can provide all relevant reports. For inquiries, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. Sincerely, Lisa D. A.

I am acquainted with someone residing in Orlando, Florida, who shared on Facebook about her visit to get lab work done. She mentioned a significant number of Mexican individuals at the lab. She also relayed a conversation with a Lab Corp employee who expressed frustration regarding the number of welfare clients they serve. This situation not only concerns me due to the evident racism but also because the employee should not be discussing other clients' payment statuses or any patient information. It is frustrating to see derogatory comments made about individuals who are there for medical care. The staff should understand and uphold patient confidentiality and privacy laws. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I am disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the employees at the Moreland medical location in Waukesha, WI. The situation is unpleasant to witness as patients await their blood tests while employees indulge in conversation about food while eating at the front desk. Their lack of consideration for fasting patients and the presence of children is troubling. It would be more appropriate for the staff to focus on their work responsibilities rather than engaging in such behavior. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to ensure a more professional and considerate environment for all visitors.

I recently had labs done to check my medication levels and my provider hasn't received the results yet. After calling [redacted], I spoke to a representative who was able to look up my test using my name, date of birth, and pharmacy location. Although the test is not completed yet, it's good to have this information rather than being left uninformed. However, I believe patients should have more timely access to their results to stay informed and proactive about their health. It's essential to be knowledgeable and ask questions to ensure you are getting the care you deserve.

Good morning! I am Tammy Hodges. I currently have an outstanding balance with you but do not have my account number at the moment. I have paid about $[redacted] towards my account and am in the process of appealing with my insurance company regarding the bill. I want to inform you of my intention to pay should my insurance deny, and I appreciate your understanding in giving me time to resolve this. Additionally, I would like a copy of my payment history for my Wageworks HSA, as my employer requires specific proof of payment. Kindly provide this on letterhead and confirm the payment for me. I apologize for not having my account number today but am available to answer any inquiries. Please send the details to my personal email. Thank you.

Upon reviewing my Labcorp lab results spanning six years, I noticed some subsections displaying an "abnormal" score slightly outside the defined normal range. For example, my score of 38 exceeds the established normal range listed in the results. I am not seeking interpretation or understanding of the results from the patient portal. My concern is more technical in nature. I understand the variability depending on the test performed. I seek clarification on when a slightly elevated or reduced score becomes a concern.

I recently visited the lab with my two-year-old and observed the staff engaged in personal conversations about Apple products. The staff member who assisted my son was the same person discussing Apple products. During the blood draw, she used a large needle, making me unsure if this procedure was standard. Additionally, she struggled to locate my son's vein, resulting in multiple attempts that left him crying and upset.

I recently took my two-year-old son to a lab clinic for blood work. Upon arrival, I observed the staff engaged in personal conversations about Apple and iPhone products. To my dismay, the same staff member who was discussing iPhones was the one to assist my son. During the blood draw, she used a large needle, which made me question if this was the standard procedure. Unfortunately, she struggled to locate my son's vein, resulting in multiple painful attempts before successfully drawing blood. My little one was extremely distressed, crying and screaming throughout the ordeal.

I feel it is crucial for the supervisor overseeing lab technician hiring to address a serious complaint I have regarding an employee named Richard Buford. I have reliable information indicating he has a criminal history involving drugs and alcohol and was witnessed engaging in similar activities recently. Richard's alleged behavior includes smoking marijuana, consuming alcohol, and even admitting to keeping clean urine samples to potentially cheat drug tests. This misconduct extends to work-related errors, like improperly labeling samples, despite facing no significant consequences. He appears to benefit from having a relative in a supervisory position within the company. Richard's unethical conduct compromises the integrity of handling patients' samples. I urge a thorough investigation and appropriate action to maintain the lab's standards.

Today, on 10/14/19 between 1:30 and 1:45 pm, I observed a Labcorp driver driving aggressively southbound on the Loop [redacted] from the US60. The driver engaged in a road rage incident with another driver, both nearly causing an accident by abruptly trying to merge into the HOV lane simultaneously. This behavior is concerning, especially coming from a representative of Labcorp. It is important for drivers of company vehicles to maintain professionalism and abide by safe driving practices. While I could not obtain the license plate or vehicle number, I can confirm it was a silver Chevrolet vehicle involved in this incident.

I attempted to have a routine blood draw for the second time at this lab. The first day, there was a two-hour wait and the lab tech seemed upset, rushing and overwhelmed. Due to this, I went back the next day. The wait was better, but the tech was rough and heavy-handed, causing more discomfort and a hematoma afterward. When I inquired about the staff, she mentioned she was the only one working, which I found concerning. This has been my worst lab experience ever, and I have seen many negative reviews online. I have informed my doctor at Accolade and Cigna about the accuracy and mistakes. I am now considering further action. This all occurred at the lab located at [redacted] Ashley River Rd in Charleston, SC.

Today, I experienced significant frustration at the Clifton Park office due to a malfunctioning check-in kiosk that caused delays. Despite waiting for over an hour, when I tried to address the issue, I received a dismissive response about their appointments. This lack of concern was particularly alarming for me as I have diabetes. After enduring this ordeal, I was met with further carelessness when questioned about additional testing suddenly being required. I am deeply disappointed in the level of service I received, especially considering I am employed by the building owner at this location. My experience reflected poorly on LabCorp, where patient care should be a top priority. I will be sharing my experience with our patients and seeking further action regarding this incident.

My daughter had to stop taking her medication for two weeks and fast before her test appointment, which she followed. The scheduled time was 9:00 am on Monday, 11-18-19. She was called in at 9:45 am for test code #[redacted], given the drink, and told the technician would be back in 15 minutes. However, the technician only returned after half an hour and mentioned the test might be invalid due to the delay. This process was challenging as my daughter is a busy student following a tight schedule. I am frustrated by this situation, especially since I couldn't reach a live person at Lab Corp for assistance. I am located in California, and my daughter is in Flagstaff, AZ. I request a prompt call back. Thank you, Shawn Imes.
