I cannot get into my patient portal because I lost my password. It is imperative that I get into the portal so I can copy some of my lab results to send to M. D. Anderson Hospital in Houston. I need to fax that information to them in the morning. I have been accessing my test results for years, for so long that I don't remember the answers to some of the questions that were asked when I tried to get a new password. I am trying to schedule surgery in Houston in early December and those results are critical to the surgery being scheduled. Please call me at (***)***-**** in the morning. It is difficult for me to access my E-mail.
