I do like the appt system and your staff was very accommodating. I see a problem with this system not working effectively as it is. Just my feedback. I am a detail oriented person but most aren't and this leaves a lot of room for info*prep to fall through the cracks.***BTW I usually just bring the confirmation number with me.
