Reset my PIN ... I received a note that my phone needed an update for my LG V** plus. I then updated my phone as suggested. I have not been able to use my phone since in late ****. I do not want to lose my photos (not replaceable) and approximately ******** phone numbers. I have went to my cell phone carrier, Sprint (almost ** years) never having a late payment or any issues. now they are wanting me to do a hard reset. This is totally unacceptable for me.*I really need help solving this issue, I am heart broken on losing these photos and contacts. I have always had phones from another Mfg. and used the same pin on all of my phones. I am still paying my monthly bill and not receiving the service I expected. **Sincerely Bob
I am totally without service and Sprint is aware of this, LG has not given me a solution to reset my pin.
Get my Pin reset so I can use my phone
Going on twenty years Sprint and never missed a payment or ever being late*missed a payment or ever been late in all these years
