I have just received an LG G* ThinQ. It is completely up to date with all software, I have hard and soft reset it, factory resent it, blown out the charging port, tried charging it from a computer, wall, and with multiple chords, and it will ONLY charge while plugged in while it is off- once it is removed after this point, it will not start again. While plugged into a computer, I have tried switching the usb charging from charging only to file sharing, etc, etc, etc, and it has not fixed my problem. Please, if there is anything that you can do to help, please let me know. Again, it begins to charge ONLY while powered off. Once turned on, it will remain charging, until the chord is removed and then put back in again. Please help me.
