The reason I would presume they wouldn’t get back to A to Z Electronics.**We purchased a TV back in Dec **** - It has not been working since April ****,*The part is coming in on the *th of July.*How does that affect us?*Will our repair service A to Z Electronics be getting this part on the *th?*When will the repair guy be at our office to repair the TV?**We are a Business and need to function as a Business. This is not working for us.*Kindly email us back with a resolution.
