I bought an LG top loan wa****ng machine four years ago. It was making a whining noise in the rinse and spin cycle so I found a certified LG installer to work on the washer. The washer had never been worked on before and the company removed a Whirlpool heavy duty motor coupler from the washer and said they replaced it with a new one. Is it possible that a whirlpool coupler would be in my machine if it had never been worked on?
I trust that LG Electronics will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
