L’Or*al Infallible eyeliner I have used and liked. But the last * I have bought have dried up so fast. The last one I opened last week (after throwing away my previous unfinished one b*c of drying out), and this new one is also now too dry to use! I can’t figure it out. I always put the cap back on. I wondered why this has happened? Have others complained? I hate wasting the money of *, and I am afraid to buy another.
