To resolve this issue, i would appreciate a full refund or credit of some sort. I still have the original reciept and even the box that the hair color came in!

Touch up my hair, as i have done so with this EXACT same product numerous times. ... I recently went to my local grocery store (Stater Bros.) and purchased L'oreal Paris Blonde Supreme EXCELLENCE Creme Permanent hair color : ** HIGH-LIFT EXTRA LIGHT NATURAL BLONDE. As with the many MANY other times i have purchased and used this exact product of yours, i expected my hair to come out as it always does, a very pretty light shade of blonde. But instead, for some odd reason, this time it came out and very different orangeish shade. Now as i said before I have used this EXACT hair product numerous times and it has never done this to my hair. I am extremely unsatisfied and would like a refund on this product or some kind of credit . I still have the original reciept and even the box that the hair color came in!!!
