The issue in GetHuman-inichay's own words
We bought a KOHLER faucet K-****-C**-CP Karbon on **********. The previous faucet, that has broken, was of the same KOHLER model. We just like the design of this model and were sure of the good quality KOHLER products. All other equipment in our apartment is KOHLER brand as well. We consider KOHLER a leader in product design and quality. Now that our faucet K-****-C**-CP is a little over a year old, we had to call the plumber again. The plumber said that the cartridge should be replace or we need to buy a new faucet AGAIN! It turned out on the KOHLER site that this faucet model was discontinued. Therefore, I ask you to help solve our problem and order a new cartridge for our faucet. Is it considered a warranty case? *Thank you. Iryna.
