I engaged a third-party remodeling company that claimed to be an Authorized Reseller/Partner of Kohler. They assured me that all the products used were Kohler brand. However, I am facing problems with the company as they are unwilling to address the issue. I am seeking guidance on who I can reach out to at Kohler for assistance in resolving this matter. I invested $16,[redacted] in the remodel and am unable to use my shower currently. Any help you can provide would be highly valued. Regards, Ted

Hello,
I purchased a KOHLER Wellworth White Round Standard Height 2-Piece WaterSense Toilet from Home Depot on August 2, [redacted], receipt # [redacted], located at [redacted] Defense Hwy., Annapolis MD, at 10:50 am. Although my contractor took a long time to install it due to other construction, I was only able to start using it less than a week ago. Unfortunately, I am facing issues with the toilet. The float does not go back down on its own, and I hear water running approximately every 2 hours, causing inconvenience. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this problem to be able to use the toilet without further delay.
Thank you,
D.S.

Having worked at Kohler for almost 19 years before retiring in [redacted] from Sheridan Faucets, I had a positive experience with them ensuring I took all my vacation time before leaving. However, my son, who has been with Plastics for over 20 years, had to seek alternative employment due to their monthly shutdowns. Unfortunately, he is now being asked to repay 60 hours of his vacation time, which was not the case for me when I left. The situation seems unfair, especially for long-term employees like him. It's disheartening to see the changes happening at Kohler, with people leaving daily. While I cherished my time there, I understand why some cannot wait to move on.

I recently contacted customer service about my K-[redacted]-0 Cimarron toilet model. The tank bolts included are different from each other, with one having a rubber collar and disc attached. I sent a picture to explain the issue, but the representative was unable to provide a solution. After requesting to speak to someone who understood my query, I was transferred to a technical service rep named Taylor. Unfortunately, our conversation was disrupted, and after leaving my number for a call back, I have not received any response yet. I believe a part might be missing from the packaging. Dealing with this matter should be simple, but the lack of clear communication from your company has made it incredibly challenging.

I bought a Kohler black kitchen sink and drain a year ago. Recently, the black color on the drain started peeling off in large pieces, leaving half of it silver. This doesn't look good with my kitchen remodel. I've upgraded everything, and the only issue now is the unsightly drain. The Kohler name is still visible, which isn't ideal. I can send pictures if needed. Please let me know if you can assist me by replacing the drain.
Thank you,
P. Fulton

I recently purchased a part for my toilet based on the service rep's advice, but unfortunately, it was incorrect and does not fit my toilet. I am requesting a full refund for both the part and the expedited shipping fees. Once I receive a shipping voucher, I will return the incorrect part to you.
I have already placed an order for the correct part directly from Kohler and am attempting to install it on my toilet.

Good morning, my name is Joseph Bowler. I recently installed a new fuel pump and carburetor on my 14-horsepower K-series engine. When I attempted to start it, I noticed a significant amount of gas coming out of the intake side of the carburetor. Before diving into disassembling anything, I considered if I may have inadvertently created a hydraulic system. I inserted a modified rubber hose with a drilled hole between the carburetor and the fuel pump. The hole was approximately 1/8 inch in diameter, drilled into the hose about 1.5 inches deep with a 5/16 diameter. I observed no gas in the crankcase. Can anyone provide guidance on whether my issue lies in the carburetor, the fuel pump, or if it could be related to my modified hose setup? Thank you, Joe.

I previously inquired about the faulty spray hose replacement for sink model K-[redacted]-4A2 and was informed that a replacement would be available in mid-September. Unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced the email with that information. Could you kindly resend that email to me? Additionally, I would like to know the process for reimbursement for the plumber who will be installing the replacement. The initial installation was done by a professional plumber in September [redacted].
In the meantime, the cap on the faucet that keeps falling out has gone down the drain. Apart from the hose replacement, I will also need a new cap. It would be great to have multiple covers on hand in case this issue reoccurs.
Thank you for your prompt assistance in addressing these issues.
Best regards,
JM

I installed the KSS-Bancroft-4-Hydroshhs in polished Nickel back in mid-[redacted]. Recently, within the last three weeks of August [redacted], I noticed a drop in water pressure for no apparent reason. I live in Geneva, IL, and use well water. After having the well water service check for any issues (none found) and replacing my 30-year-old softener with a new one from Culigan for $[redacted], I followed Kohler's online troubleshooting suggestions. I submerged the shower head in vinegar, replaced cartridge #[redacted], and tested the hand-held device, which had good pressure. When I removed the shower head from the water supply, the water flow was strong. Suspecting an issue with the shower head itself, I tried cleaning it by blowing high-pressure air into it. After reinstallation, the water pressure seemed fine. However, I remain unsure if there could be a blockage within the shower head. I appreciate any insights you might have on this matter. Thank you.
