I shopped in your store yesterday after picking up an online order since my ** yr old needed some items. There were few promotions available that could apply to my purchase but since we were there and she was willing to try on clothes, we shopped and purchased. I took time in fact to pay my Kohls Charge as a payment was due on the **st. I dealt with * different salespeople for my transactions. Why would they not indicate that Friends and Family would be starting TODAY? They all knew based on the balance on my card that I could have reduced the amount charged by waiting a day. It is good business. I could have purchased more today than yesterday. Now, I will just work on paying off my balance and not adding to it.
