Help with my Kodak issue

I was trying to add new pictures to my frame. Server is not available. ... Trying to connect my Pulse Frame to the server to upload new pictures and can't connect. Firmware is updated today. I see the product is discontinued but what about uploading new pictures? You help does site does not address this issue. Is the server no longer operational, eg the frame is useless?
The product is useless without this functionality
I want access to the server restored.
I purchased the product in good faith that its features would continue to be supported.
Try contacting Kodak. Impossible. Not customer oriented at all.
