Hi, I wanted to bring something to your attention. Over the holidays (Dec **, ****) I spent enough money to earn $** in reward points. At the counter the young man wrote ******-*******, circled it and kindly explained that I could redeem this in store, crediting it toward a future purchase as long as I came before the **th. *Yesterday, ******* I went in and found a few essential items. The cashier was kind, but made it clear she wasn't feeling well and was desperate to go home. When I handed her the receipt explaining is like to use my points she told me it expired on the **th and that I'd been misinformed. I felt this was wrong and that it should have been honored. It clearly stated the **th. It made me feel as if she actually didn't want to bother and just wanted me to finish up so she could leave. (She was not rude, but clearly was ready to leave).
