I order a *** piece Craftsman tool kit from Sears. The product was shipped to the K-mart store in Marshall. Although I was told in an e-mail that the projected arrival date was Tuesday December **. The tools actually arrived on Thursday Dec *. I was notified of the arrival by e-mail on Friday December *. I was out of state so I asked my partner Donna to pick them up. She went in on Saturday Dec * to pick them up and was told they had already been picked up. She was also told she could not pick them up because she wasn't previously authorized. I came back Sunday Dec * and called the store on Monday Morning. I talked to Rene, the store manager and she related the same story that "I" had picked up the tools and that Donna would not have been allowed to. IDID NOT pick up those tools. Rene turned it over to her security. I talked to Randy today. They still do not know where my tools are who took them, who cleared it off the computer system or when. My expectations? K-Mart Marshall should isolate who stole my goods and retrieve them, while prosecuting the Thieve(s). I would expect K-Mart to provide me with a new set as that set is probably incomplete now plus damaged. I would expect K-mart to turn those over to me as well as the new set. Reimburse the purchase price and compensate me for my time and trouble. I would expect nothing less than a personal apology letter from Rene for inferring that I was lying. Theses articles should be complete by the end of the week December**, ****. Order ***********. upc ************, mfr *****,sub order***********, sales ck************* and order ********** on conformation,
