I am infuriated at how poorly I have been treated about my order. I ordered two items shipped to a sears store near me on August *. The estimated in store arrival date was August *. I contacted the store on August * because the order status still said processing. I was told by two customer service agents that they could not provide me with any more information regarding an arrival estimate. I then asked to cancel the order. I was repeatedly told to just cancel the order when it arrived in store, but could not get an answer on when that would be. I then continued to request that the order be canceled so that my money was not sitting in limbo, and I was told that a cancellation request was put in and that it would take *-* business days. It is August ** and I have still heard nothing. I started a dispute with your company through PayPal and am still awaiting a response.
