If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. You can always bring the item into the store too.

Return the item ... Hello, my name is Mohammed, phone number is ***********I bought an air mattress from Kmart in NYC, the cashier told me the return policy is one month, I wanted to return it after ** days because the mattress was not comfy, the store manager was very unprofessional and treated me very badly and she told me the return policy is * days. I asked her to speak to the cashier who told me it’s one month but she refused. She told me the return policy is in the back of the receipt, I checked the receipt and found nothing about * days, she then grabbed a piece of paper on the back of her desk and showed me a vague language about some terms and conditions of return policy.**Is this fair? How can a costumer know what the exceptions are for the return policy when the manager hides it on their desks? And how could a cashier say one month and the manager say * days? Is it fair that the costumer pays the cost for the lack of training of Kmart staff? **Can you please help?

Because I hold my ethics right, I don’t abuse this return policy
