I just made an order on smart sense items, I was supposed to get ***% back in points, but will get only **% back. Also, the $* coupon I had put on the transaction did not come off like it had showed it would, so my credit card was charged $* more than it was supposed to be charged. I want my credit card to be refunded the $* It was over charged and I want the ***% back in points to be added to my account like it showed it was supposed to do. I would have called customer service but they are closed now.
GetHuman-cnuge did not yet indicate what Kmart should do to make this right.
