I am writing in regards to the horrific experience i just had in your store.**Yesterday I stopped in your store *** west ** Street ny, ny ***** to purchase the everlast sport thompson sneaker in navy. The store only had * sizes in stock ** and **.***I asked the associate if there was any other sizes as i needed an * ***wide. I was told what is on the floor is what they have but i could order online and pickup in store. I went home (** miles back to queens ny) and ordered online for store pickup.**I received the email my order *********** was ready and went back into the city.**I had to find an associate as no one was by the pickup area and he retrieved my sneakers.**On the bag the box came in was the invoice which says navy as the color. I opened the box and the sneakers were black and box said black. I told the associate i ordered navy and the invoice show navy. He said i would have to go to register *.**I went to register * where a lady without a nametag, or kmart shirt, or any identification was on the phone the entire time arguing with her boyfriend.***I explained to her what happened and if they could reorder the right color as kmart messed up. She said no she could only refund the money.***The only reason i ordered the sneaker from kmart was i had a coupon and was able to use my shopyourwayrewards so my total was **.**. Per the receipt the cashier's name is samantha, you can review your security cameras and see she was on t he phone the whole time out of kmart attire.**I had to travel back the ** miles to queens emptyhanded due to knarts negligence in reading. Kmart could have called, emailed, or canceled the order. How could someone mess up when the invoice clearly says navy.**I am attaching photos of the invoice *(Which says navy), *sneakers (which clearly aren't navy), box (which says black), and reciept as i was forced to return immediately as kmart wouldn't correct their error and reorder the correct color.**Daniel Dulitz*****-** Melbourne avenue **F**Flushing, NY *****
