Hello, I encountered a unfortunate incident on my way to catch my flight two nights ago where I was robbed and had my phone taken. Subsequently, I missed my flight from Quito, Ecuador to Mexico, which was the initial part of my journey to Sydney. I am in urgent need of assistance as a 19-year-old who has been traveling for seven months and is unable to financially secure another ticket. Is there a possibility of being rebooked on a different flight? I am feeling very desperate and would greatly appreciate speaking with a representative regarding this matter. Sincerely, Kitty M.

Hello, I'm Satyam Chavan. I made a flight booking from Kyiv to Mumbai on 26 Feb [redacted] through Kiwi.com. The airline canceled my flight, and I am still waiting for the refund after more than 9 months. Despite raising multiple tickets, I have not received the refund yet. Each time I inquire, I am informed that they are waiting for the airline to process the refund. I attempted to contact them via [redacted], but refund requests were not being accepted.

Hello, I have booked a flight through kiwi.com from Berlin to Goa, India, with booking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I am wondering how I can obtain the boarding pass for my IndiGo flights from Riyadh to Goa. I need the boarding pass in Bucharest beforehand to showcase that I will only be in transit in Riyadh and will wait for the connecting flight to India. Another concern I have is if I need a visa for Riyadh since I will not be leaving the airport and will only stay in transit. Are both flights in the same terminal? Thank you for your response. My flight on January 4th from Ushuaia has been rescheduled by Flybondi, now arriving at 23:35. This change greatly impacts my travel plans because I have a connecting flight from Buenos Aires to Bangkok at 22:20, which I will miss. An agent informed me over the phone that I must purchase a new ticket as this change cannot be altered. After researching, I found a feasible option with Aerolineas Argentinas departing at 14:05 and arriving at 17:25. I believe this flight is available on KIWI.com. I would appreciate being transferred to this flight since I have already paid [redacted] Thai Baht ([redacted] GBP) for my round trip fare. If this alternative flight is more costly than Flybondi, I am willing to cover the difference. However, acquiring a completely new ticket would result in an additional expense of 12,[redacted] Thai Baht ([redacted] GBP), which feels unjust considering the flight time change and the fact that KIWI.com handles both bookings.

I was directed to an airport that was an hour away from Juarez Intl, which was unexpected. Since the airport code did not appear in my usual flight searches, I overlooked it in advance. I ended up having to spend an additional $50 on a taxi to reach Mexico City. Waiting for a refund for three months seems like an excessively long period.

In July, three of us in the family booked round-trip air tickets to Chiang Mai using the AirAsia app, but somehow the transaction was redirected to Kiwi.com during the payment process. Unfortunately, in mid-July, just before our scheduled flight, we were diagnosed with Covid-19. We tried to make changes to our bookings at that time, but we encountered difficulty reaching Kiwi.com. AirAsia has informed us that since the booking was made through a third party, which is Kiwi.com, they are unable to assist us.

I am inquiring about my booking number [redacted]8. The flight cost amounted to $[redacted].73, and after cancelling the flight, WestJet advised they would issue a refund. However, upon receiving a notification, I realized that only $[redacted].08 was credited back. I specifically chose to pay extra for the refund to be processed back to my Visa, not as a credit. I'm confused about why the refunded amount is half of what I paid and why it was issued as Kiwi credits instead of being returned to my visa as requested.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with booking number [redacted]23. I was surprised to receive a message stating that my itinerary had been changed without prior notification. This alteration affected my 22-hour layover in Las Vegas, for which I had already booked a hotel non-refundable. When I contacted customer service, I was offered a $10 refund for voluntarily canceling the flight, and I was informed that any changes would incur additional charges. Hello, I would like to share my recent travel experience. On September 6th, my companions Gamuchirai M. Mwashita (Makowa) and Willard Makowa and I were scheduled to fly from Harare to London with layovers in Durban, Dubai, Geneva, and then finally London. During our layover in Durban, our flight was unexpectedly canceled due to our lack of transit visas required for Geneva. Despite the Emirates staff's assurances that we would be accommodated on a later flight or could rebook without passing through Geneva, we faced challenges due to financial constraints and limited resources like internet and airtime. Eventually, thanks to the help of family and friends, we managed to secure new flights to London with the intention of claiming a refund once we arrived. Currently, I am concerned about the refund process and would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Hello, I bought flight tickets through kiwi.com for a trip from London to Antalya. My booking number is [redacted]97, and I canceled the booking in time to qualify for a refund. Pegasus informed me that the refund should have been processed at the beginning of September. When I reached out to them after that date, they mentioned that the refund was already transferred to Kiwi. Despite my attempts to contact Kiwi via email and phone, I have yet to receive any updates from them.

Upon arriving at Berlin airport, we were informed that our flight was canceled, leading us to book an alternate flight with an extensive layover. After waiting for hours, we discovered our original flight wasn't canceled. Now, back in the UK, we won't be utilizing the replacement flight and are seeking a refund for the unexpected expenses incurred due to the misunderstandings at the airport.

My mother and I missed our flight from Tel Aviv to Amman on December 9, [redacted], at 5:45 pm due to a robbery where my phone was stolen.
