Representative who understands Spanish: I have a flight reservation (three, twelve, forty-nine, six, eighty) San Juan, Puerto Rico to Barcelona, Spain, for March six. That flight has a stopover at JKF airport in New York, and leave four hours and a half later, from another airport ERW in Newark, which is an hour and a half according to references but counting on the traffic they say that it can take more than two and a half hours to arrive. I travel alone and I carry a suitcase of luggage and another cabin. Which means that when leaving at JFK I must wait to pick up a suitcase and then look for how to transport me to the other airport where I must be at least two hours before to register a suitcase, seat and board. My reservation emphasizes in green that KIWI guarantees the transfer but does not explain if my reservation includes that transfer between airports, nor gives information about it. I am sixty years old, arthritis, herniated discs in the cervical vertebrae, and I understand English, but I do not know it. I think that these factors can affect my mobility to do all the tasks that will have to be done in time to not miss the other flight in Newark. It will be possible for me to find another flight that departs from the JKF airport to avoid the transfer to another airport. I leave this in your hands, I am a regular client of your agency.
