This is a letter I wrote to TAR for reimbursement of an over * hour delay in Huatulco for our family of eleven traveling together. I have made every effort the past few months with Kiwi and TAR to no avail. *I am copying the letter to Kiwi.*Hello,**This is Linda Reichardt, I spoke with representative Katy Molina with TAR airlines a few weeks back on the phone.**Katy Molina said she would track our flight information of over six hour delay on November **, ****. *I have not heard back from Katy Molina or a representative from TAR. I also e-mailed *****@***.com on December **, **** and have not heard back from them.**Please forward this e-mail to the department that can assist me. I am requesting confirmation from TAR to confirm our long delay in order to be compensated from Kiwi. **The TAR representative Katy Molina, said records showed we had left on a flight only two hours late. As I told her, that is incorrect. She said she would research it. This is an important concern, if our family had shown to have left Huatulco when we had not.* *We had to wait for a plane to come from Guadalajara and it arrived almost seven hours later, after four delays. While at airport in Huatulco waiting for almost * hours for Oaxaca flight we were promised a Round trip reimbursement by Tar Airline gate agent and later from customer service as well. **Because of the late departure back to Oaxaca, our family of eleven with children, spent almost * hours in the airport and missed all scheduled plans in Oaxaca. Our flight to San Diego left the very next morning at *:** a.m. **On my last call, TAR airlines representative said to have Kiwi call and they would confirm the compensation. We have received communication from Kiwi and TAR did not confirm the long delay and compensation when they made contact. **I am making this last effort. Please provide confirmation of the long delay. Kiwi will then make contact with TAR in order to confirm our long delay and we will be compensated.
