Hello,*I purchased two ticket for the first time through your website and I am extremely disappointed. *For the last ** years I have traveled overseas at least twice a year and I have never had to pay for my luggage. in addition the flights were booked separately and I had to pick up my luggage and check them again not only costing me more money but nearly missing my flights. *I paid for two tickets $****.**, which is the average price that I pay every time I travel and the luggage has always been included. On this trip the luggage cost me an addition $***.** which is outrageous. Furthermore, when booking the trip, there was no indication that the ticket came without any luggage. I am extremely enraged about this. *I have friends and family throughout Europe as well as the United States and unless this is rectified and the additional money the I spent for the luggage ,$***.**, get returned to me I will make sure that every person that I know will be on social media to give you the worse reviews. I will write to every social media website in all the languages that I speak: English, Albanian, German, Italian and Spanish. **Best Regards*Ari
