our flight was delayed in barcelona which made us miss our connection . we are stuck in airport in cologne ... We are trying to get help. Our booking number is *******. we have called twice and been on hold for a total of about *** minutes today. At two dollars a minute on international plan. $*** today it’s cost us to call you. You said you would email us five hours ago for a hotel or a plane ticket out of Cologne Germany please call us or email us. Phone number ***-***-**** or email *****@***.com

what is insurance for ??? your not helping us .
