The problem: I have entered an activation code for my **** version .but my new subscription wont activate.

GetHuman-afreddyj did not yet indicate what Kaspersky Lab should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-afreddyj fixed the problem
I clicked on the KASPERSKEY INTERNET icon. In the lower right had corner I clicked on just the word expired. Then I just followed the instructions and entered my new Activation Code that i received when I downloaded my new Internet Security. Then BAM!!! every thing started to work,
