I purchased * crisp breast a biscuit and mash potatoes on my lunch break and the chicken was tough half burnt and nasty .so I called and called on my lunch break to return it or get a refund and no one would answer the phone.i don’t work in this town so I told one of there employees about and that I couldn’t contact anyone and called * days later when I made it back in town and I was told to come up there and they would get it straight . Then when I went on my lunch break to get a refund or more food I was told that I needed a receipt.so keep in mind I’m wasting my lunch break once again.its not professional not to answer the phone .because I could have brought the food back then.so it’s a few days later and I can’t find the receipt.i wasted * lunch breaks that was bad business and poor management .all want is my meal that I paid for that wasn’t right
