My wife and I arrived at your Monroenille PA restaurant at about *:** PM on Wednesday May *, ****. We waited for over ** minuets due to one previous customer who was having difficulty obtaining his order. It seemed as though his coupon wasn’t in the register...therefore it took four individuals to try & fix the issue for that customer. Which I do not believe they they had the ability to do it correctly, therefore, they just put something together that they thought would make the man happy. So then he had to WAIT AGAIN.**So now we ordered your special...”buy one pot pie & get the second free”. At that point we were told they didn’t have any prepared, so we changed our order and when asked if it was to go WE SAID KNOW WE WERE EATING THERE. However, when called to pick it up THEY MADE IT TO GO! My wife said that was ok but could we have two dinner plates because we wanted to eat it there. The employees attitude was rather abrasive. **After finishing our meals which were COLD we found the previous customer was still awaiting the solution to his problem!!!**Needless to say it will be sometime before we visit that store again. We like KFC’s food because it is reasonable priced with good quality. Being Seniors that is important to us. *We are hopeful that KFC would be kind enough to fulfill it’s offer as stated in your promotion of a free pie for one purchased.*Sincerely, Kathleen & John Gillen
