On May 11, [redacted] in Wichita, Kansas, at the KFC located at 61 East 47th Street South, we encountered an unpleasant experience. The cashier, Olivia, assisted us around 9:52 PM after a delayed wait from our 9 PM arrival at the drive-thru. Despite placing our order and paying promptly, it took an additional ten to fifteen minutes to receive our food. The drive-thru attendant informed us she was the sole staff member working due to others focusing on closing tasks. This inadequate service left us deeply disappointed. Although we are loyal KFC customers, we will not revisit this location and will opt for a slightly farther alternative. I apologize for the delay in reporting this issue, as I encountered computer problems. While I do not seek personal compensation, I felt it necessary to bring this matter to your attention for resolution.

On the evening of 5/23/[redacted], I visited the KFC in St. Albans, Vermont, where I ordered around $35.00 worth of food at the drive-thru. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I was asked to pull up and wait for my order, which took an additional 10 minutes to arrive. However, when I received my order, I realized that three items were missing. Upon informing the staff inside, they treated me poorly and even insinuated that I was lying about the missing items. The lady who took my order initially continued to make disparaging remarks, while another woman commented on the situation. The overall service was rude, and the cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. This experience has led me to conclude that the St. Albans KFC has lost my future business. I recommend conducting surprise visits to assess the service and cleanliness of this location, as my encounter was unacceptable. Having worked in customer service for over 20 years, I was shocked by the disrespect shown to me as a customer.

I visited KFC at [redacted] Augusta Road in Piedmont, South Carolina, via the drive-thru. Initially, I wanted to order a combo meal without the drink. However, I was informed that combo meals include the drink. I briefly considered ordering just chicken tenders on the side, but anticipating my children's appetite, I opted for the 2 for $6 offer with all tenders. To my surprise, there was no signage indicating that the drink and side featured in the promotional poster incurred an extra $5. Despite not wanting the drink, it was still added to my meal, hiking the total to $11. While KFC's chicken is good, it's not worth $11, especially considering the underwhelming size and quality of the potato wedges priced at $2.49 plus tax. I chose KFC over Zaxby's for affordability but ended up with an unexpected overdraft due to the higher bill than anticipated. Next time, I might opt for Zaxby's for a more satisfying meal within budget.

On Friday, May 24, [redacted], I visited the KFC in Stockton, California, on Pacific Avenue around 9:15 pm. While in the drive-through, the car in front of me delayed the line for about 7 minutes without ordering. I tried to ask if they were open but received no response. When I tried to place my order at the speaker, I waited for about 3 minutes with no acknowledgment until it was approximately 9:38 pm. I eventually found out at 9:50 pm that they were out of chicken, wasting about 25 minutes of my time. The lack of communication and service was disappointing. The equipment at the drive-through seemed outdated and not up to standard for a national chain like KFC. I believe better oversight from regional managers and surprise customer visits before closing might improve service quality. It would be appreciated if I could receive a coupon as compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused that evening. I can provide pictures if necessary. I am writing to inquire about the company's policy regarding employee harassment by staff and assistant managers. There have been instances where management disclosed personal information about a specific employee to staff, leading to inappropriate comments being made. This situation has been ongoing for a few months due to the employee's personal challenges. The manager acknowledged the employee's strong work ethic and desire to have them continue working for KFC. The employee is involved in training new staff and excels at maintaining the buffet. As someone who was previously a manager and aware of policies against discussing coworkers with staff, I am concerned. I would appreciate clarification on the company's stance on such behavior. I sent my children to KFC Taco Bell to get themselves some tacos. When they returned, two tacos were okay, but the other three had hard rice and stale Fritos. I believed them as we never had issues before. I told them to go back to have the three tacos remade. At the store, the lady took the bag and inspected the tacos with her bare hands, claiming nothing was wrong. She gave back the tacos she touched and asked them to leave. When I called to speak with the manager named Rebecca, I found out that the lady's nametag did not say Rebecca. When I went in person to check, the lady took off her nametag. I am frustrated with the staff lying and laughing when questioned. I doubt I will return to that store unless there are new employees with better customer service skills. All we wanted was the three Frito Burritos remade.

My family has always enjoyed dining at KFC, and now that it's just me and my husband at home, I find us going there more often than we should! Recently, we took one of our granddaughters out for dinner while she was in town for the holidays, and she requested KFC. We were happy to oblige. When we arrived, we were pleased to see it wasn't crowded. We placed our order, but there was a delay in serving one of the meals. Despite being told it would take 15 minutes, 25 minutes passed, and my husband realized they had forgotten my meal. After inquiring, I was informed it was almost ready. However, no one offered an explanation for the delay. Upon requesting to speak with a manager, we were told one would come to our table, but that never happened. We ended up having to leave before my meal arrived, leaving us disappointed with the overall dining experience with our granddaughter.

I am a customer at your KFC in Fort Smith, Arkansas on Zero Street. I am disappointed in the cleanliness and behavior of the staff. The restaurant lacks team effort, with dirty dishes being left unwashed in cold water instead of hot water. The manager turnover is concerning, and employees are not cleaning properly at closing, leaving a mess for the next shift. The unsanitary conditions, including dirty counters where chicken is prepared, are unacceptable. For new customers to dine in, the bathrooms should be clean and disinfected, and the floors should be mopped regularly. The staff should dress more professionally and be polite. The kitchen's hygiene is a concern that needs to be addressed promptly. The standards at the KFC on Zero Street need improvement.

I experienced a frustrating visit to the drive-thru at KFC. The staff were rushing me even though my order was incomplete. Upon checking, I realized my 20-piece hot wings were missing. I was disappointed when they informed me they hadn't been prepared yet, a fact that was not mentioned during my initial order. This location consistently has issues with incorrect orders and missing items, making it a place I only visit occasionally. While my other food was getting cold, I waited an additional 10 minutes for the wings I had paid for. My spouse and I frequent the KFC at [redacted] East Mountain Ave. Hackettstown NJ [redacted] multiple times each month. Generally, we are pleased with the food and service. Unfortunately, this Tuesday, June 4th, we encountered a setback. Due to being understaffed with only three employees on duty during dinner rush hours, we had to endure a 15-minute wait in line. Regrettably, our first choice, the Chickens Lot Pies, was unavailable, so we settled on placing a to-go order with ticket #[redacted]. To our dismay, the chicken breasts were cold in the center and excessively dry, while the biscuits were hardened. When attempting to address our concerns by phone, my spouse was informed that the manager had already left for the night. Upon inquiring for the person's name, the call was abruptly ended. My family and I visited your Shelbyville, KY restaurant (store number K750012) around 3:30 pm on June 7, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the women's restroom was unsanitary with feces all over the toilet. When I informed one employee, she dismissed me saying she was off the clock. Another employee I approached did not respond. The buffet selection was extremely limited with cold mashed potatoes, chicken, and pot pie. Despite our hunger, we struggled to find edible items. Throughout our meal, the bathroom was left uncleaned for the entire 15-20 minutes. Other diners lamented about the poor service they were receiving from the staff. This experience was a letdown as KFC is typically my preferred dining choice.

I visited KFC in Traffic Park with my friend at 6:32 pm. While waiting to order, a manager named Phoebe made me feel intimidated by saying, "Oh, they can wait, they are here every day." Her attitude, dirty looks, and correcting of her name spelling when she came out from the back made me upset. I felt unable to order despite knowing some of the workers. I disagree with Phoebe's behavior of shouting at customers and making them uncomfortable. This experience was distressing, especially for my friend who suffers from anxiety and depression. It has left us feeling unwelcome at KFC, and I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

I visited the KFC/Taco Bell on Roosevelt Road in Wheaton/Glen Ellyn, Illinois at 12:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Despite employees being inside, the doors were locked, and when I knocked on the door, they ignored me. As I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I saw a cashier counting money but she refused to open the window to explain why they were closed and continued to ignore me. This is not the first time they have disappointed; last month, they closed at 6 p.m. on a Thursday without giving any explanation. I have decided to take my business elsewhere due to this consistently poor service.

I visited the KFC on Pines in Shreveport, which is close to where I live. Unfortunately, every time I go there, they forget to include a biscuit or mashed potatoes in my order. I usually don't complain unless it's necessary, but today I spoke with the manager. She mentioned that every time I visit that specific KFC location, I encounter issues with my food. I feel like they are not customer-oriented or helpful. The manager even threatened to prevent me from eating at the KFC on Pines Road in Shreveport, Louisiana. Can she really ban me from dining there?

On May 29th, my daughter visited KFC on Alum Creek Drive to buy two $20 bucket meals. We requested macaroni and cheese instead of coleslaw, but the manager refused. When she brought the food home, the biscuits were hard, and the mashed potatoes were discolored and tough, indicating they were old. I work in retail, so I understand food freshness standards. None of us could eat the mashed potatoes or biscuits. I called on the 30th to address the issue with the manager, who promised compensation and follow-up, but I have yet to hear back. During the last five visits to the state road 26 location in Lafayette, IN, my order has been consistently incorrect. The management's lack of attention to food quality and customer service is evident. On the most recent visit, the chicken strips were overcooked, resembling leather, likely due to being left under a heat lamp for too long. On another occasion, they claimed to be out of chicken strips and needed two hours to thaw more, which seems unusual in food preparation. Past errors include wrong sides, missing biscuits, and receiving the wrong type of chicken strips. Tonight, my husband checked our order from the Veterand Memorial Parkway location in Lafayette IN and found the sides were missing. Despite our patience and understanding, experiencing mistakes and subpar food on six out of six visits is unacceptable. We've expressed concerns before but see a need for new management and improved training at these locations to prevent further issues. This level of poor service is unprecedented in our dining experiences.

As a long-time customer in Westbrook, Maine, I have noticed a decline in the food quality recently. Tonight's meal was particularly disappointing. The chicken breast was mostly skin, overcooked, and dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold, and the coleslaw was watery. I had to request a cup for my drink, and the service lacked politeness. I believe a $10 gift card would be appropriate, but more importantly, I urge the company to provide retraining in cooking and customer service for all Westbrook employees to improve the overall experience.

I have been a fan of KFC since childhood. However, in the past 2 to 3 years, I have been disappointed with the quality of the chicken I've received from various locations. The chicken I got from the Milford, Ohio store was dry and poorly cut, making it difficult to enjoy. When I tried the Fields Ertle Ohio location, the chicken legs had very little meat on them, which was disappointing. On a trip to Navarra, Fla., I had a completely different experience with big, meaty chicken legs that were delicious. Unfortunately, the KFC in Cincinnati has not met my standards. I hope KFC can address these quality issues because it has been a disappointing experience for me, unlike the great memories I have of enjoying their chicken in the past.

I purchased a giant feast with large popcorn chicken from your Ruthven Street, Toowoomba store on June 8th. When I got home, I realized that my popcorn chicken and potato and gravy were missing. I was initially told I could come in for a replacement, but now the manager, Geoff, is refusing to do so. I am disappointed with KFC right now. I am left with no dinner for my family, and I would appreciate some form of compensation for this inconvenience.

Hello, my name is Zacharry Hampton. I ordered a giant feast with large popcorn chicken from your store on Ruthven Street, Toowoomba on the *th of June. When I got home about ** minutes later, I realized my popcorn chicken, potato and gravy were missing. I was initially told it wouldn't be a problem and that the whole meal would be replaced. However, now that I'm here, the manager, Geoff, has refused to replace the order. As a result, I have to go back home empty-handed without dinner for my partner and kids.
