I pulled up to the drive-thru with a coupon for a 12 meal at $23.99, but the manager told me to pull around to save time while charging me $40.60 in the parking lot. After going back inside, he adjusted the price to $28.50. I paid with specific bills and counted the money out in front of another customer waiting for food as instructed. The manager then claimed I didn't provide the right amount and asked for an additional $28.50. Realizing I had been scammed, I confronted him without a receipt. He had overcharged me by charging twice. Upon challenging him, he attempted to deceive me multiple times. The other employees seemed uneasy witnessing his behavior. I demand a refund of $28.50 in cash and believe this manager should be dismissed for his dishonesty. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you, Denise Child's.

I visited Restaurant # J625164 on 5-06-[redacted] at 11:12 am and used the drive-through for my order totaling $21.77. I paid with a $[redacted].00 bill and .77 cents. The incorrect change of $69.00 was returned instead of $79.00. After a 25-minute wait and speaking with the manager in-store, I was given the correct $10.00. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the experience makes me concerned about the accuracy of cash transactions at the drive-through. With many other chicken restaurants to choose from, I have decided not to return to KFC. The situation, which should have been a quick one, turned into a frustrating ordeal, and I advise others not to waste their time seeking resolution. This incident has convinced me to no longer patronize KFC.

I recently visited your new Kirwan store and placed an order for a Streetwise Feast and a bucket of chicken popcorn through the KFC app on my mobile phone. I paid in cash at the store as well. The order was for a gathering of five people. However, upon arriving home, I was faced with inconvenience and embarrassment. I had to cook for my guests, wasting time and money. The store's contact number listed on the website was also not working, adding to the unpleasant experience. I hope this issue can be resolved. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - C. S. 😊

I visited your new Kirwan store and ordered a Street Wise Feast and a bucket of chicken popcorn using the KFC app on my phone. I paid in cash in store. The order was for 5 people. Takeaway is supposed to be convenient, not inconvenient. I was embarrassed when I had to cook for my guests and felt that my money and time were wasted. The contact number listed on the website doesn't work. This whole experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn't recommend your franchise to my friends or family. My contact number is [redacted]. Please resolve this issue. Thank you, Candice S.

Hello,
I visited your store on Thursday night around 11:00 to buy dinner as my mother is very ill and we had guests all day without eating. We used the drive-thru, but I encountered difficulties placing my order, leading to frustration. Despite patiently reordering our family meal and adding a couple of items, I experienced issues with payment processing. After initially being told I paid, I was later informed that the payment did not go through and had to pay again. Despite assurances that any double payment would be refunded, I faced additional delays and issues ensuring my order was completed correctly. When trying to follow up on the supposed refund, I was given conflicting information and requirements to retrieve my own money back from KFC (Tokai). The whole experience left me extremely dissatisfied and inconvenienced, and I am not inclined to return to this store or recommend it to others based on the poor service I received.

My wife and I arrived at the Monroeville, PA restaurant around 6:20 PM on Wednesday, May 8, [redacted]. We experienced a delay of over 20 minutes due to a previous customer who had trouble with his order and the staff seemed to struggle with resolving the issue promptly. Eventually, we ordered the "buy one pot pie, get the second free" special, but were informed that they didn't have any ready. Despite our request to dine in, our order was prepared to go. When we asked for plates to eat in, the employees displayed a somewhat rude attitude. Our meals were served cold, and to our surprise, the previous customer was still not assisted.
We are disappointed with this experience and may not return to this store soon. We appreciate KFC for its affordable and quality food, which is crucial for us as seniors. We hope that KFC honors their promotion of a free pie as advertised. Sincerely, K & J Gillen

Hello, I am currently at your Lynn Haven, FL store on Hwy 77. I frequent your restaurants across the Southern USA and have always enjoyed your unsweetened tea. I was disappointed to hear that you have stopped offering it. I prefer my tea to be 1/4 sweet and the rest unsweetened. This change is concerning to me, and I urge you to reconsider. If this information is correct, I may have to discontinue my visits to your establishment. I believe I am not alone in this sentiment, and I would appreciate if you could reach out to discuss this matter further.
Thank you,

The service at [redacted] Appalachian Plaza in So. Williamson, KY [redacted] was extremely poor, not due to the employees' lack of effort. The staff was overwhelmed and understaffed, with one employee even in tears. Despite our intention of celebrating my mother's birthday at KFC, we had to leave after requesting a refund. The team was under immense pressure trying to cater to all customers. I expressed my concerns and intention to contact headquarters on their behalf. Adequately staffing this location is crucial to support the hardworking employees and ensure customer satisfaction. Properly support the staff, and loyal customers like us will continue to return, otherwise, we will be forced to seek alternatives.

I went to KFC Swalwell in Newcastle upon Tyne tonight. I ordered 2 I Love You Bacon Burger Meals and a fillet burger. Unfortunately, after waiting for 10 minutes, we were informed that the oven was not switched on. We were told it would take another 10 minutes to prepare our order. They offered to change our meals or give a refund. I decided on a refund. Even though I should have received £16.07, they only refunded me £13.07, citing the sugar tax due to the drinks we ordered. When I checked my bank statement, I realized I was actually charged £18.07. I feel frustrated being out of pocket by £5 through no fault of my own. I am disappointed that the situation was not handled better. I shared my experience on social media regarding this issue with the so-called sugar tax. I am no longer planning to purchase from KFC due to this incident.

At 6:10 pm at the La Crosse, WI Rose Street location, there was an incident at the drive-thru with around 12 customers gathered near a barrel. Two customers in front of me ordered two 16-piece buckets, and the cashier created a scene because they didn't call in their order. A girl approached the front and scolded them, acting immaturely. The cashier also caused a commotion over a $[redacted] bill, despite the change being less than $10. I made a remark about being relieved I didn't have to place a big order, prompting the girl to scold me as well. The cashier then made inappropriate remarks. The lack of proper customer service and professionalism is concerning. I have been a regular customer at this location for five years, but the recent decline in service is disappointing. I had plans to order for 25 relatives next week, but I will not return until the staff undergoes better training. It was evident that there were at least five employees present, but the service quality was still lacking.

This KFC location has been a disappointment. The survey phone number on the receipt is torn off, making it impossible to provide feedback. Orders have been consistently incorrect, with excuses like running out of products. The customer service has been appalling, with employees being rude and unhelpful. Attempts to reach out to Carla, the GM, have been futile as calls have not been returned. The general manager, Santos, was unable to address the issues effectively. Other nearby fast-food restaurants like Canes and Popeye's offer better service and leadership. The lack of response and accountability from the management team at this KFC location is concerning, and it's clear they are not meeting corporate standards. The dismissive response on Yelp from a staff member further showcases the poor attitude towards customer feedback. It's evident that improvements are needed to address the ongoing issues at this store.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding store #G112005 located in Cocoa, FL. As a local resident, I was initially excited about its opening in our town. Unfortunately, in the few months since it launched, there have been several declining issues. These range from frequently running out of chicken to staff members mentioning their fatigue when serving me at noon via the drive-thru. During my recent dine-in experience, I was puzzled to see kitchen staff, including the shift lead and manager on duty, not wearing hats, hair nets, or face covers for their beards. When my order was ready, they forgot a mashed potato which was handed over with an employee displaying attitude. It's disheartening because the restaurant is usually bustling due to its popular chicken dishes. I sincerely hope for an improvement in customer service. - Tina T.

I have experienced continuous issues with the KFC location in London, KY. Despite my love for KFC, they consistently mess up my orders. After confronting them, they failed me again. When I reached out to the manager, she insisted I return the entire order, which was not feasible due to the distance. This lack of willingness to rectify the situation has left me disillusioned. Spending nearly $50 on incorrect orders has made me reconsider visiting KFC in the future. While I enjoy KFC, the mismanagement of orders and poor customer service have deterred me from returning. Resolving these issues and ensuring customer satisfaction is crucial for the company's reputation.

I was employed at KFC on West Street in Wichita, Kansas. During my time in jail, my paycheck was given to someone without my consent. The individual who received it claimed it was lost. I am seeking your assistance in verifying this information and issuing me a new paycheck. It is unfair that my manager would authorize this without my permission. Additionally, the same manager allegedly smokes marijuana on the job, which led to my decision to resign as I am undergoing outpatient treatment and striving for a drug-free life. Although I enjoyed my job, maintaining a healthy environment is crucial for my recovery. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate and provide me with a replacement paycheck. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have visited the restaurant multiple times and even had a wonderful experience that I shared in a survey. However, today on 5/19/19 around 10:30-11:00 am, I went to the drive-thru with my 4-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter. When I was placing my order, the person on the speaker abruptly said, "Can you please hold." Before I could respond with "no problem," he loudly exclaimed, "God dammit." I was taken aback and decided to leave. My daughter asked me why he said that, leaving me momentarily speechless. I simply told her that maybe he's having a bad day. But when my son asked the same question, I realized there is no excuse for such behavior, regardless of the circumstances. I am upset and hope that this message reaches the appropriate person. (The incident occurred at the store on 9th street in Manhattan, KS [redacted]).

I had an experience at the KFC in Upland, Ca today at 4:15 pm. Despite only one person in line ahead of us and a quiet drive-thru, our order for an 8-piece chicken with specific pieces took longer than expected. The delay included checking with the manager, informing us of extra charges, then discovering they were out of breast meat and extra crispy. This led to frustration as we waited, prompting a comment to the representative about their lack of preparation during a busy dinner time. The response was indifferent, signaling the next customer to step in line. This experience aligns with negative reviews I've seen, explaining my disappointment with the service.

On May 20, [redacted], my family visited KFC in Northpark, Lexington, KY. We ordered from the 2 for $6 deal. After waiting 22 minutes for our pot pies, my mother found a hair in hers. I observed two employees playing with their hair and then handling food without washing their hands. When we asked one lady not to prepare our food because she hadn't washed her hands, she did so anyway, touching our boxes. The manager was unhelpful, claiming not to have seen anything. We were disappointed by the lack of hygiene and quality - the buffet bar was messy, the food was dry and old, and the staff were rude. My mother, who worked in a school kitchen for 34 years, pulled a hair out of her pot pie. I plan to report this to the health department. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location again.

Subject: Disappointing Experience at KFC in Antelope, CA
Hello,
I'm writing to share my recent experience at the KFC on Watt and Elverta in Antelope, CA. Today at 3:30 pm, my husband and I visited this location to grab some food for a road trip. We tried to use a $15 gift card with the numbers 6[redacted] 4[redacted]. The manager, Jesse Torez, declined the card without attempting to input the number manually, forcing us to pay with cash. Jesse seemed rushed and provided poor customer service, neglecting to include napkins, utensils, or sauces with our order.
While I understand mistakes happen, the way we were treated was disappointing. I have no intentions of returning to this location due to this negative experience. I hope this feedback reaches Jesse Torez and the necessary steps are taken to improve customer service at the establishment.
I kindly request a refund for the unusable gift card or a replacement card. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
B.H.

I am writing to raise a concern about the KFC located on Garth Brooks Blvd in Yukon, OK. My husband recently purchased two three-piece chicken $5 fill-up boxes from this location and found that the biscuits were missing from both orders. When I contacted the store, they suggested that we drive back to receive the missing biscuits, which would be quite inconvenient for us. I proposed having the meals replaced due to the error and inconvenience, but the response I received was unsatisfactory. The biscuits are a significant part of the meal and one of the reasons we choose to dine at KFC. I would like both of the three-piece chicken strip $5 fill-up boxes to be replaced with the missing biscuits. If this matter is not resolved, we are considering not dining at this KFC in the future.
