To whom it may concern:**I am writing this feedback with a heavy heart. My father and I visted the KFC Outlet at *** Plaza on * March **** at around **.**am. My father ordered the Zinger Box while I had the Famous Bowl. **A few minutes after consuming our meal, I felt a sharp pain in my stomach. I had to rush home to use the toilet. I had diarrhoea. My father too, had to use the toilet. He has been having diarrhoea for * days straight (* Mar to ** Mar) which has not happened before. We did not have the same lunch nor dinner the previous day (* Mar) hence there is a low chance our diarrhoea was caused by what we consumed the day before. The hygiene of the food at *** Plaza KFC is questionable. **I hope you will look into this matter as it has caused my family distress, especially my father who had diarrhoae and had to take MC from work. **As a fast food restaurant, it is of utmost importance that the workers practice high food safety standards. I am sure Singaporeans would not want to have to experience yet another case of unhygienic food practices at restaurants. **I hope to hear from your management soon. **Regards,*Ng Jing Ying (Ms)
