On Saturday night, 3/16/19, around 8:00pm, I visited the KFC Taco Bell in Clover, SC. I faced long wait times, over 30 minutes for food, and another nearly 30 minutes to get a refund due to issues with a shift manager named Lori, who was unprofessional. The store was understaffed, prioritizing the drive-thru over the lobby, which was frustrating. Additionally, the manager was confrontational and unhelpful, making the situation worse. My experience was disappointing, as the service has declined over the past few years, with incorrect orders and lack of fresh chicken after 8pm. I believe this store needs to be closed for retraining with new leadership. The store number is J870017.

I am Reverend G. from Prescott, Arizona. I am concerned about the staff and leadership at the KFC in Chino Valley, Arizona. They consistently do not have chicken prepared for meals, causing long waits and even shortages in our orders. Yesterday, after a tragic accident where I waited for two hours, we attempted to stop at KFC but faced the same issue. As a diabetic with disabled kids, it was distressing to see such mismanagement. The delays led to conflict among customers, and the manager's lack of action was disappointing. Our meals were incorrect and missing pieces. As the lead pastor in Prescott, I urge you to look into and address this ongoing problem at this location. Very disappointed.

Recently, during my visit to the KFC in Plainfield, Indiana, I encountered issues with employees trying to enter the ladies' room while I was inside. Following that, there was very low water pressure in the sink, making it difficult to wash my hands efficiently. When I reported the issue to the staff at the register, I overheard them speaking negatively about me, which was disappointing. It appears that the employees at this location may not be taking their roles seriously and lack professionalism. I have been a regular customer at this KFC for almost a decade, but due to this experience, I have decided to stop visiting this particular location. It's unfortunate that the actions of a few staff members can overshadow what should have been a pleasant dining experience.

Today at store [redacted] in Whitby, I experienced a delay of 35 to 40 minutes for my $36 order. Despite my disability and having a young son with me, several customers who arrived later were served before me. When I asked the shift manager, who I believe was named Hymana, for an explanation, she was unwilling to provide one. After asking for my food to be prepared, the manager offered a refund instead, which I declined. Eventually, the food was given to me, but it was the wrong order with burnt chicken and cold items. The other staff member, Pamela, was helpful in the situation. I'm disappointed by the poor service and believe that the shift manager should be held accountable for her actions. Any assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring better management at the store would be appreciated.

I previously requested corporate to reach out to me, but I never received a response from corporate headquarters. Being a long-time customer at 76 years old, I expected better service. I specified not to be contacted by the restaurant manager, and the lack of follow-up from corporate is disappointing. Please review case # LWG7V. I am seeking a full refund of $37.98 for the poor quality chicken I've received since around [redacted]. The decline in your product's standard is evident, and I am disillusioned by the decreasing quality. Merely replacing subpar meals is not a satisfactory solution. Besides refunding my money, I have photos available if needed but wish to avoid any additional correspondence. Thank you, Don K.

My friend and I ordered food at 6:47, but we didn't receive it until 7:15. When I inquired inside about the delay, the cashier was apologetic and tried to locate our order. However, the girl preparing the food was rude and kept yelling at her about the delay in front of all the customers. The situation escalated with arguments back-and-forth between the staff, including the manager eventually offering a refund and additional food. While waiting, I observed the staff being disrespectful to other customers and the cashier becoming rude while taking orders. The chaotic scene involving only five employees led to them getting my order completely wrong, but I chose to keep the food to avoid further issues. It's important to highlight the unprofessional behavior displayed by the staff at this establishment.

The customer service by Thanusha is absolutely horrible. She is disrespectful and lets her personal biases affect the experience for customers. This is the third time I have encountered her unpleasant attitude. As a paying customer, I feel undervalued when simply requesting fresh chicken becomes an issue. It is frustrating when she shows displeasure because I prefer not to have food that has been sitting out for hours. To make matters worse, when another customer complained about the quality of her chicken, Thanusha seemed indifferent and shrugged it off. Witnessing her transfer fresh fries onto old fries that had been sitting for nearly 40 minutes was unacceptable. This experience is disappointing, and I will not be returning to this establishment. I plan to share my negative experience with everyone I know to prevent them from facing similar treatment.

I am concerned about the situation at the KFC on Keith Street in Cleveland, TN. The kids working there often have to stay past midnight, taking two hours to clean up after closing. The managers seem to lack the proper knowledge on scheduling breaks, leading to inefficiencies. Instead of working together to finish faster, some workers end up standing around or chatting while only a few clean up. This delays their departure and affects their school and sleep schedules. The recent change in ownership and management has worsened the situation, with students leaving extremely late. It seems that better supervision is needed to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. The staff's attitude also needs improvement, as one server was unfriendly when customers wanted to modify their orders. Addressing these issues promptly is essential for better service and overall operations at this establishment. Thank you.

I am currently an employee at the Cleveland Avenue branch in Columbus, Ohio. Today, I returned to work after being at the hospital the previous day, only to be denied clocking in by my manager, Alicia Marie. She proceeded to reprimand me for my hospital visit and accused me of lying about calling in sick, despite having proof of my calls. Alicia then insisted on an apology for being at the hospital and even mentioned that having a doctor's note did not secure my job. This disrespectful behavior was not exclusive to me; my husband experienced the same treatment from Alicia. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, not just for employees but also for loyal customers. Despite my attempts to avoid confrontation, I had to leave the location to prevent further issues. I have been a dedicated employee at this branch for over 5 years, drawn by the values I thought it represented. However, the actions of Alicia have soured my experience, and I feel the need to escalate this matter to corporate and the franchise owner for appropriate action. Situations like these should never occur under any circumstances.

I visited the drive-thru on Preston and Rolator in Frisco, Texas, and ordered three $5 fill-ups. After being asked to wait 8 minutes, it turned into 25 minutes of waiting. When my husband checked on the order, he saw the staff throwing away large orders since the chicken was frozen. Our order was forgotten, given to other customers, and we had to request a refund after being told to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. After a total of 40 minutes, we received the refund, but I'm requesting three free meals due to the long wait and inconvenience. I've shared this experience with others and will continue to do so until the issues at this location are addressed.

Recently, my spouse visited the KFC on Bridgewood Street in Fort Worth, Texas, at 4:46 p.m. He purchased $59 worth of food but unfortunately did not receive all the items we ordered, such as a potato bowl, cookies, two chicken breasts, and a large drink. When I tried calling the +[redacted]-[redacted] number multiple times, no one picked up. This is not the first time we've encountered problems with this particular KFC location. Now, I have to make another trip to the store to either receive a full refund or the missing items. It's frustrating that each time I visit this KFC, my order is incorrect.

My wife and I had dinner at KFC last night at 5:45 p.m. I typically don't complain at restaurants, but this time I felt I needed to. The manager seemed disinterested, yawning through the whole order process. The men's room was filthy with no towels, which was really off-putting. The staff was loud and speaking another language. We struggled to find a clean table and had to ask for one to be cleaned. To make matters worse, someone entered through a side door and took 6 plates without paying, which was alarming. I never mentioned my name for safety reasons, but I believe some employees need to be replaced. It's disappointing to have such a bad experience; we won't be back. This KFC branch is in Belmont, NC.

Today, I was terminated from my job for requesting a cigarette break during a slow period with no customers present. The new manager, Carrie, has been causing distress by humiliating and mistreating me in front of both customers and colleagues. Her favoritism towards her son, who also works here, creates a difficult work environment for all employees. Another coworker was fired today for calling in sick, and even Carrie's own son expressed confusion over her treatment of me despite my good sales performance. Various coworkers have witnessed her ongoing mistreatment towards me. Working there has become unbearable, and I had to defend myself, resulting in my dismissal. Being a single mother of two, I need advice on how to proceed in light of this situation. You can reach me at [redacted].

Last Tuesday, while at work, I encountered an upsetting situation with my GMC. When I inquired about it, he became agitated. I decided to move on and continue with my tasks. Despite this, he approached me and began to speak to me. I indicated that I was fine several times, but he mentioned that he did not need to curry favor with me as he was my boss and could act as he pleased. I reminded him that while he may be my boss, I was not required to flatter him for my job. He proceeded to contact his superior from the office, and shortly after, he asked me to join him in the lobby. It was there that he informed me my services were no longer needed. This GMC has displayed anger towards employees, shouting in front of customers and even exhibiting aggressive behavior.

Yesterday around 6:30 pm, I placed an order for a 12-piece meal deal. I specifically requested fresh chicken over the phone. When I arrived at the window to pay, I asked the lady to confirm if the chicken was fresh, and she couldn't verify. Despite my request for fresh chicken, I received old, crispy chicken when I got home. I called the next morning at 10:30 and spoke to a lady named Rachel. She acknowledged the mistake in providing me with fresh chicken and mentioned that they had intended to give me fresh chicken. I tried discussing the issue with the manager, who was unhelpful, disrespectful, and even hung up on me. Unfortunately, she refused to provide me with the GM's name. This situation has left me dissatisfied with the service and unsure if I will be returning.

Hello, I purchased a family bucket at KFC which included 10 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, 4 chips, and a bottle of drink. I requested Pepsi at the pay station, which increased the price by 50p without being displayed on any order board. However, this is the least of my disappointing experiences with KFC. Despite paying extra for Coke, the chips had skin on them which my kids disliked, the chicken seasoning was overly salty, the chicken skin was thick and chewy, and even my dogs refused it. The coleslaw was not up to its usual standard and the order was disappointingly lukewarm. My family was not happy with the meal, and I regret suggesting KFC as an option. Unfortunately, this will be the last subpar meal I will have from there. I am disheartened by the declining quality of food being served to customers in the UK. I used to love the old KFC, but now I am truly disappointed. Regards, Dave.

I visited KFC store number E615005 in Elkhart, Indiana tonight. The cashier, identified as ESBW2, was rude during my visit. I ordered a 16-piece meal, but received individual size sides instead of the large ones I paid for since they ran out. Additionally, they were out of mac n cheese. When I brought up these issues, the cashier and another employee were confrontational. This is not the first time I have experienced difficulties at this location. I was very disappointed by how they treated me; they made me feel like I was in the wrong. If they had informed me about the lack of large containers, I would have gone somewhere else. I have photos of the incorrect order and the receipt to prove what I purchased. I believe they did not provide me with the items I paid for. You can contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] - Sheila L.

I recently visited the KFC drive-through located at [redacted] Dawson Rd. in Albany, GA. I arrived at 9:50 pm and attempted to order an 8-piece meal. They informed me they were low on chicken and put me on hold. After a wait, I was able to order crispy chicken only and felt rushed. Upon reaching the window at 10:09 pm, the staff seemed uninterested and were chatting amongst themselves. My $26 meal only had 4 thighs, 3 wings, and 1 breast, not meeting expectations. The chicken was tough, the potato wedges were old, and the biscuits were hard. Despite KFC being open until 10:30 pm, I received subpar food at 10:00 pm. This experience, being 35 years old, was the worst I've had at a KFC. I typically do not complain, but I believe improvements are necessary at this particular location in terms of both service and food quality.

During our recent visit to the KFC store in Sierra Vista, AZ, my family and I experienced a frustrating drive-thru ordeal. We waited for over 10 minutes before our order was taken, following a 15-minute wait behind another car. When kindly asking a staff member to assist with the drive-thru, the response was abrupt. The employee mentioned attempting to take our order four times but then impatiently greeted us with "What's your order? I'm waiting." Feeling disrespected, I requested to speak with the manager, only to be informed that the person at the window was the manager, Monique. The encounter was unpleasant, and it has left me feeling unwilling to return to KFC in the future, despite being a loyal customer with a large family. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly. I visited KFC/Taco Bell in Clinton, SC around 11:30 am on February 26, [redacted]. It took nearly 30 minutes for me to get my order. I noticed a person two cars behind me order, park, collect their food, and leave before I reached the pick-up window. The staff explained they share an order screen with dine-in, so they follow the order displayed there. However, it puzzled me how a car two places behind mine got served before me. I ordered a $5 Fill Up box with a leg & thigh and a Bell Grande Nacho Cheese Fry with extra cheese and sour cream. When I received my order, there was hardly any cheese on the nachos, the cookie from the Fill Up box was missing, and the leg and wing were small, barely making up half of a normal thigh. I called the same day to speak to a manager who noted my complaint and assured me a replacement within 60 days. When I called on April 3, [redacted], to claim my replacement, I was informed my name was not in the system, and the store manager suggested calling back the next day.
