As a dissatisfied American restaurant owner on vacation in Colombia, I was disappointed with the food quality. I visited your store in El Poblado on Calle 10 assuming a corporate restaurant would not disappoint. However, my experience went downhill. The credit card processing took over 3 minutes, suggesting a disregard for time efficiency. The wrap I received had a smell of rotten lettuce and tasted appalling. This compelled me to complain to the staff, who defensively dismissed my feedback. The disrespectful response led me to demand a conversation with the manager, who also sided against me. I am 56 years old, and this negative experience prompted me to voice my concerns, vowing never to spend another cent at KFC and sharing my story with others.

I ordered a 12-piece meal and a large gizzard, but didn't receive a receipt due to a card reader issue. When I got home, the gizzards were missing. After explaining the situation to the KFC manager, I was told nothing could be done without a receipt. Despite my charge being around $36.36 at 3:05pm, the manager refused to check the register tape. Frustrated, the manager's attitude led to a heated exchange where he asked me to leave the store. I value good customer service and expect to receive all items I paid for.

Every time I visit the Sturgis, Michigan location, I find that they often run out of cooked chicken and biscuits, even though it's only 7 pm. This seems to be a recurring issue at this restaurant. Upon requesting to speak with the supervisor, I was met with denial and a worker who was argumentative and impolite. Additionally, another customer inquired about the freshness of the chicken, only to be told it had been sitting for 20 minutes. When you spend your hard-earned money, you expect to receive what you ordered promptly and in good condition. Unfortunately, the store's staff at this location has been failing to provide adequate service and can be quite rude.

I used Grubhub and spent exactly $32 on an order. The delivery arrived missing two items. I was instructed to drive 20 minutes to have it fixed, but it still wasn't resolved or remade. After waiting for 45 minutes, I witnessed the person making my food touch their hair and not wash their hands. Another customer next to me recorded the incident, which was quite unsettling. I used to work at this place, and the management and employees have significantly declined in quality. The store was filthy, and I have decided not to dine here again.

After my husband and I stopped by the restaurant when he picked me up from work, we ordered food. I opted for a 2-piece combo, while my husband chose waffles and chicken with two sides. When I noticed the combo did not include Cole slaw after paying, I requested to add it and was charged $2.12. I was surprised as I thought an additional side was only $1.00 with a meal. Despite discussing with the manager, they reiterated the policy. I expressed my frustration as a former customer service worker, suggesting they could have handled it differently. Dear KFC,
I really enjoy your chicken, perfectly seasoned. However, I recently tried your Waffle Sandwich, and I have some feedback. While the idea is promising, the execution falls short. When I think of a KFC Waffle, I expect something extraordinary, but it was rather plain compared to Waffle House. The chicken patty should be flat, and the Waffle itself lacks flavor punch. The current version doesn't live up to the KFC standard. I suggest revisiting the recipe and making some improvements. My spouse and I will try the one at North Side [redacted]; if it doesn't impress, we may have to reconsider.

I detailed my complaint thoroughly, but if your staff can't read and understand what I wrote, then KFC has a big issue. The manager needs to address the situation with KFC stores. The new Waffle is lacking flavor – it's too plain. I can easily get a better one at Waffle House. Every time I go through the drive-thru, my order is always wrong when I get home. Customers need better service. I love KFC chicken, but please, get my orders right. Remember, there are plenty of other chicken stores to choose from. Just a friendly reminder.

I purchased an 8 piece meal from KFC on Grover St in Shelby, NC, last night and was disappointed to find hair in my chicken bucket when I got home. I contacted the store to address this issue, and the manager offered to replace it if I waited 30 minutes. However, she also accused me of lying about the hair in the food, which was upsetting. Despite having three long hairs in the meal, I decided not to wait and just hung up. I paid cash for my order and find this lack of customer service unacceptable. It's frustrating that I don't have the time before work to return to the store, waste gas, and wait another 30 minutes for a fresh order without hair. I am thoroughly upset about this experience.

I recently purchased two $5.00 meals in Washington, Indiana. Unfortunately, the chicken was very disappointing. It tasted overcooked, with the flavor of old grease and chicken. I used to enjoy their food, but this experience was not pleasant.
I live 20 minutes away from the store, so I called the manager to voice my complaint. The manager offered to resolve the issue next time I visit, but I don't go to town often. I asked if they could mail a resolution, and if not, I mentioned contacting the main office.
If this is the quality of food they serve daily, I am surprised they can remain in business. Additionally, they seemed to have a plumbing problem affecting their operations.

Upon arriving home with the family's meal, I noticed the chicken came skinless, giving the impression it was handled or recycled. Upon asking to have the thighs and wings removed from the order, I was charged extra despite being told otherwise. To my surprise, I discovered two disproportionately large thighs, and upon further inspection, it seemed the chicken had been tampered with before. The overall quality was lacking, as the chicken was dry and clearly not fresh despite it being during business hours. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

My mother contacted the KFC in Pulaski, VA this morning at 10:05 am to inquire about the cost and pieces in a bucket of chicken. Despite being put on hold with no response for 15 minutes, she persisted in calling back for 2 1/2 hours, only encountering a busy signal. Ultimately, she reached out to KFC Corporate at 1-[redacted] to express her disappointment with the poor customer service. The person she spoke to suggested calling back at 2 pm for a better response from the Pulaski store. It's frustrating that she couldn't get the information she needed for tomorrow's dinner, forcing her to contact another KFC location in Christiansburg, VA for assistance. The whole situation is incredibly disappointing, especially considering her previous positive experiences with this KFC. I feel it's unacceptable for her to face such hurdles just to get a simple answer about pricing and portions in a bucket of chicken.

I visited the drive-thru on 4/11/[redacted] at 1 pm to order my lunch. I was surprised when I requested a 3-piece meal with a side, cookie, and a drink, and asked for coleslaw as my side. They informed me that I had to pay an extra 40 cents for the coleslaw. I was very upset because whenever I order at KFC, coleslaw has always been included in the side orders. I have been a loyal customer of KFC since I was a child, so I found this situation quite unfair.

I visited KFC at Harpurhey Manchester, England yesterday on the 12th of April [redacted]. I am a regular customer at this location and usually spend a substantial amount of money there along with my family and friends. I was extremely disappointed by the service I received last night. The cashier only said "yeah?" when taking my order for £20.99, without using polite language. After I inserted my debit card and entered my pin, she walked away before I could even remove my card, without providing a receipt or a thank you. Despite being understanding of retail challenges, I value respect, a smile, and good manners when receiving service. I smiled and used polite language but received no acknowledgment in return. This experience was unacceptable to me, my family, and friends who have decided not to return to KFC and opt for another chicken restaurant providing friendly and respectful service.

Recently visited the KFC at [redacted] S Lake Park Ave, Hobart, IN [redacted] and had an extremely frustrating experience. Upon entering, we waited for about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The service took a turn for the worse once our order was placed. Several customers ahead of us had been waiting a long time without any updates. Shockingly, a staff member was taking an order with a lit cigarette in his mouth, transferring it between his hand and mouth while handling food. When confronted, he was dismissive and unprofessional. Despite the manager's intervention, the situation remained chaotic, leading to multiple refunds and wasted food. This incident has left a lasting negative impression, and we will not be returning to this particular KFC location. It is essential for the management to be vigilant in their hiring process to maintain the reputation of the brand.

I had a very disappointing experience with the services provided. Last night, I placed an order three times via the helpline but it wasn't successful. After two and a half hours, I finally received my order, but it was cold. The branch manager contacted me and mentioned issues with the rider causing delays, but when the rider arrived, he implied that he might lose his job over my order. Despite this, I still accepted my order. Today at 12:10 pm, I made another order online and reminded the branch not to delay it, the manager then assured me he would send it promptly. However, the order I received at 1:00 pm was missing my doner roll. When I tried calling the branch to address this, nobody answered my calls. This branch has let me down three times before, and I have decided not to order from them again. Calling the helpline doesn't provide any help either, as they just apologize repeatedly. How should I address these apologies when I have spent money on these orders?

I live in Fort Myers, Florida near S. Cleveland Ave where your restaurant is located. This Sunday at 6:10 PM, I observed one of your workers handling a busy crowd very professionally. Despite some customers being unhappy initially, he managed the situation admirably. His name is Ezekiel, and he wears braces. I recently moved from Wisconsin and was truly impressed by his conduct. I visited Restaurant #L775099 in Forest, Mississippi, on Sunday, 4-14-[redacted], around 1:35 pm with my husband for the lunch buffet. We were charged $18.17 for two seniors. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find no food on the buffet. When inquired, the attendant mentioned more food was on its way. After waiting until about 1:45 pm, I asked about the delay and was rudely told by the attendant that she wasn't preparing any more food and that I should have made a plate while waiting. I demanded a refund and faced resistance from the manager, who argued my husband had consumed some of the remaining fried liver. I insisted on a refund as there should have been adequate food for all paying customers. Despite eventually getting my money back, the customer service was unsatisfactory, with the cook being particularly rude and unprofessional.

There is a KFC in Norwalk, CA, at the intersection of Imperial and Studebaker that my husband and I visit often. We prefer to dine in occasionally to enjoy dinner together without the cleanup hassle at home. However, the booth benches at this location are ripped and very dirty, making it inconvenient to find a clean table. Despite raising this issue multiple times, no changes have been made. As a loyal customer, I expect the establishment to address such concerns. I suggest replacing the seating and maintaining cleanliness for a better dining experience. While the customer service is good, it's essential for businesses to value customer feedback along with their money. I hope to see improvements soon. Thank you.
