I ordered 3 meals at the drive-thru, but only received 2 in my bag. Although I was charged for 2 meals, my order was for 3. None of the meals had a drink except for the kids meal. When I asked to add a drink, I was told it would make a meal a combo, to which I agreed. Despite being in a rush, I couldn't return to KFC to fix this. The person at the window was quick but made mistakes. I was the only customer in the drive-thru, so I don't understand the rush. I had to go to a different restaurant later that evening, which was disappointing as I really wanted KFC. I hope this issue can be resolved, and I have the receipt from my visit if needed.

I have ordered the "Famous Chicken Bowl" twice, specifying not spicy both times, yet received spicy chicken. Recently, I purchased dinner for my family, including 3 $5 chicken deals and a 2-piece breast meal, but received small bowls, missing cookies and sodas, and only one side with the 2-piece meal. I called to address the issues, but was put on hold for a manager who then hung up on me. I am frustrated and seeking someone accountable for this situation. I have documented my complaint with photos. This has happened three times now. I am waiting for a response before deciding my next steps.

On March 7, [redacted], while leaving work, I stopped at KFC on Veterans Memorial Boulevard in Killeen, Texas. I ordered the 12-piece $20.00 Tenders & 20-piece Hot Wings fill up at the drive-thru. After paying with my debit card and waiting for 20 minutes for my Hot Wings, I went inside to check on my order. To my surprise, it hadn't even been started. Frustrated, I requested a refund. The Manager assured me it would only take 3 more minutes. However, after waiting for 45 minutes in total, I finally got my order. During this time, I observed unprofessional behavior from the employees. They were laughing and not attending to customers properly. The person who took my order looked unkempt, and the staff seemed more focused on joking around than serving customers. I believe a surprise visit from Corporate is needed to address these issues. Despite the food being good, I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience and will not be returning to this location.

I visited the KFC in Maryville, TN, near Foothills Mall, and I was shocked by the behavior of the restaurant's RGM. This manager spoke to her employees disrespectfully, which was truly disheartening. No one should be treated in such a degrading manner, especially by their superior. The way this particular RGM addresses her staff is simply unacceptable. I believe she should be let go from her position as her conduct is beyond reproach. As someone who works in HR and whose spouse is with OSHA, we found this behavior troubling. I even have a recording of her interactions with the employees. It's distressing to witness such mistreatment, particularly in a customer service establishment like KFC. We will be following up to ensure that these employees are being treated fairly and respectfully, as they should be.

At 5:32 p.m. on Friday, March 8th, while visiting the drive-thru at a Brunswick, Ohio restaurant on Pearl Road, I noticed a black car with a white middle finger sticker on the trunk parked where it is visible to customers. Upon speaking with the manager, I was informed that it was her car and she defended her right to display the sticker. I find this offensive towards customers as the sticker is disrespectful. I believe they should either remove the sticker or park the car away from customer view. Thank you.

I recently visited the KFC at [redacted] S Memorial Dr., Tulsa, OK, with my wife for her birthday. We ordered a 10 pc. mixed bucket and large gizzards through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the original chicken was bland and the gizzards were overly salty. After speaking with the manager, they explained that a new cook had made a mistake with the batter. The manager kindly replaced all the chicken and gizzards, but upon tasting it at home, the chicken was burnt. When I called the store the next day, I was informed that they do not offer refunds. I am disappointed as we spent $19.51 on below-average food for a special occasion. My ticket number is #[redacted], the time of purchase was 6:53 P.M. on [redacted]-03-06.

Dear KFC, I visited your El Camino Real location in Sunnyvale, California, on March 7th. I noticed that the specials mentioned legs and thighs only. I ordered a three-piece meal for $9 but was surprised to receive two legs and a thigh instead of a breast piece. Upon inquiring, I found out that there was a charge for substituting a breast piece, which was unclear to me as it was in fine print on the menu. I believe this lack of clarification might confuse other customers expecting a mix of pieces. I visited KFC in Redmond, WA today, March 8, [redacted], and used the drive-thru. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized they had failed to include the large potato wedges side that I had purchased for $4.29. I contacted them to request a refund, but they insisted I return for a complimentary cake instead of issuing a refund over the phone. However, due to the inconvenience of the distance from my home, I prefer not to go back. I would like to receive a credit or have a gift card sent to my email with the equivalent amount so I can use it at a different KFC location.

My fiancé, father, and I visited KFC and placed two separate orders at the drive-thru. My father had to ask for his receipt, while I didn't receive mine, assuming it was in the bag. Unfortunately, I got a chicken tenders meal instead of the 8-piece chicken bucket I ordered. Due to a doctor's appointment, I couldn't turn back. I attempted to call the store at [redacted] National Hwy in Lavale, but no one answered. The food we got was dry, hard, and cold. Additionally, my dad was charged for gravy he didn't receive. The service was lacking; they didn't offer sauce unless prompted. I'd appreciate knowing the management at this KFC and understanding how they will address these issues.

On March 8, [redacted], I visited KFC #D451008 located at [redacted] E. Second Street, Newton, KS. My ticket number was #[redacted], and the time was 3:32 pm. The cashier who served me was Tamra. I ordered a Popcorn Chicken combo and a 4-piece Tenders combo with an extra side of coleslaw. When I checked the bag, I found a brown bag, a box, butter, and honey. Inside the brown bag were a box and 3 side containers. I assumed the biscuits and cookies would be in the box but found only 4 tenders. The popcorn chicken was in the other box. Unfortunately, I did not receive my biscuits and cookies. Upon contacting them, they insisted I return that day for a remedy, but I was out of town and could only come in the next day. They declined compensation or a rain check and did not provide me with the district office's contact details. All I wanted was to receive the items I had paid for, but they treated me poorly.

Hello, I am reaching out from Pakistan as I am unable to submit my complaint to KFC Pakistan. Previously, KFC Pak had a complaint form, but it is now unavailable. I want to express my dissatisfaction as my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I visited KFC at Commercial Market, Rawalpindi, Pakistan on March 9, [redacted], at 4:45 pm. I ordered the "Family Festival 1 for Rs. [redacted]" which was below standard. The Zingers lacked lettuce and had minimal mayonnaise. The Crunch burger was dry, and the chicken was tasteless. Furthermore, out of the 4 chicken pieces included, 2 seemed old and cold. The deal advertised a 1.5 Ltr Pepsi but instead, we were given 4 small glasses. This experience has shattered my trust in KFC. Despite being a long-time KFC fan, I am deeply disappointed in their declining standards. I intend to share this experience with my family and friends both in Pakistan and abroad. It is disheartening to witness the deterioration in KFC's service quality. I recently presented a survey coupon to your GM manager, Mrs. Lauren, explaining that it was within the 30-day validity period on the receipt dated 02/26/[redacted]. Despite my polite explanation about regularly using these coupons with my grandkids, Mrs. Lauren abruptly closed the drive-thru window on me. As a loyal customer who frequents your establishment, I was shocked and upset by her rude behavior. I believe an apology is owed to me for the unprofessional treatment I received. Store number #E [redacted] - Mrs. Lauren was very rude and disrespectful. When I tried to talk to her about the survey coupon, she shut the drive-thru window in my face. I usually come here in the afternoon with my grandkids and buy regular items, often using coupons. I am upset by the lack of respect from the manager. As a disabled mother and grandmother, I did not deserve to be treated this way. Feeling very unhappy about this incident.

Today, I had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, a customer informed me that it was closed, which would've been helpful to know beforehand. Inside, there was a long line with about 6-8 people ahead of me. When I finally reached the register, I was told they were out of cold slaw, one of the items I wanted. To make matters worse, they were also out of Pepsi at the drink station, which was in disarray with many items depleted and ice scattered around. Although the chicken and wedges were hot when I received them, the biscuit was far from fresh. I don't plan on returning to this location, and I overheard another customer expressing the same sentiment on my way out.

I purchased a 12-piece and 8-piece boneless bucket along with additional chicken pieces at the Manvas branch today, and I cannot express how disappointed I am with the quality. The gravy was runny, the beans were unsatisfactory, and the chips were so bad I wouldn't even feed them to my dog. My husband didn't receive a receipt, probably because they knew the standards were incredibly low. I have always enjoyed KFC, but this experience was subpar. There were even black bits on the chips, which were hard and dry. This has been the worst food experience I've ever had with your brand. I rarely complain, but this time I felt compelled to. The food was served around 2:15 pm on the 10th of March. I've noticed inconsistencies in orders before, but this time the standards were shockingly low. I was truly disappointed, especially considering my daughter had just had her tonsils out and was craving KFC gravy and chicken, which turned out to be a major letdown. To the relevant party: I am sharing this feedback with concern. My father and I went to the KFC Outlet at [redacted] Plaza on 9 March [redacted] around 11:45 a.m. He ordered the Zinger Box, and I had the Famous Bowl. Shortly after eating, I experienced severe stomach pain and had to rush home due to diarrhea. My father also suffered from diarrhea for four consecutive days (9 Mar to 12 Mar), which is unusual for him. We had different meals the day before (8 Mar), reducing the likelihood that the previous day's food caused our symptoms. The food hygiene at [redacted] Plaza KFC seems questionable. I hope this issue will be investigated as it has caused my family distress, particularly my father, who needed to take sick leave due to his illness. Maintaining high food safety standards is crucial for fast-food establishments. I trust that Singaporeans do not want to encounter unhygienic food practices at restaurants again. On Wednesday, I had my first day working as a cashier and encountered some challenges. I attempted to inform my manager that the doors were locked, which led to me being locked out for an hour and 45 minutes in the cold. Despite my efforts to communicate with her, she did not respond and seemed to ignore my messages. Throughout the day, despite working for 7 hours, my schedule was not posted, leaving me uncertain about my next workday. It took a couple of days before I received my payment for that day's work after reaching out to her. The lack of communication and delayed payment was frustrating, especially considering she was absent on my first day. I believe some form of reimbursement for the inconvenience and the manager's behavior would be appropriate.

To the YUM Corporation team: We, as legal representatives of the recent owners of La Garzota service station in Guayaquil, Ecuador, wish to address the situation regarding the KFC franchise presence at the station. Following the property's ownership change two years ago, the land, including all commercial spaces, was acquired by VINAEX S.A. It was agreed that existing commercial brands could continue until the original lease with NUCOPSA S.A., the operator of Mobil, expired. Despite anticipation from the KFC franchise that the lease would extend, a new contract with a different company has already been secured. Due to this development, the sublease agreement with KFC has ended since the NUCOPSA S.A. lease finished on January 26, [redacted]. Unfortunately, KFC has not yet removed their branding from the premises, which has led to confusion among customers. We kindly ask for the voluntary and immediate withdrawal of all KFC branding. I visited the KFC in Corbin, Kentucky, where it all started around 2:25 p.m. for lunch today. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing as usual. Despite hoping things might improve after avoiding it for months, it's still the same. Many locals, including myself, feel the food quality is poor. The portions are small, the chicken is often overcooked, and the pieces are tiny, dry, and dark. Today, I ordered a $5 white meat fill-up, but the biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it; even after getting a replacement, it was the same. The mashed potatoes come in small cups with very little inside, definitely not a good value for the money. Some staff members seem disinterested, with tattoos and dental issues, making the atmosphere unwelcoming. The restaurant itself needs maintenance, and today the bathrooms were out of order. It's disappointing that our local KFC has declined so much, and many of us are hesitant to return unless significant changes are made. A thorough investigation and action to address these issues would be greatly appreciated.

One of your employees brought personal items from my home to work, causing embarrassment as customers watched. Despite an agreement to have an officer present during the retrieval of my belongings, the employee brought only a portion of my things to the workplace. Later, I discovered $[redacted] missing, which I believe was taken by this employee. Attempts to retrieve the rest of my belongings from his house have been unsuccessful, with his manager showing indifference to my situation. Additionally, my medical bag with needles, some of which were damaged, was mishandled and left exposed behind a register, creating a health risk. I am disappointed by the lack of concern and professionalism displayed by your staff members in handling this matter. I am considering involving the police, requesting a thorough investigation, and seeking accountability for the mishandling of my belongings.
